UPS in Saint-Laurent, Quebec - Bad experience

UPS provides several ways to track packages for the sake of convenience. However, what good is it when you're misled several days in a row. On Friday, I had a notification via email that my package was scheduled to arrive on Monday. This provided me with ample time to warn my employer that I would take the day off to receive the package. Monday arrives and first thing in the morning, I receive an email saying it's going to arrive on Tuesday instead. Great. Two hours later and another email comes in saying Wednesday. This is starting to get ridiculous. They deliver their packages at the least convenient time (when the general population is away from home) only to make it impossible to schedule yourself so you can actually intercept it when the delivery arrives. Wednesday finally comes around and first thing in the morning I get an email confirmation informing me I will receive it by the end of the day. Okay. I've arranged myself and ensured I'd be home all day. I keep checking the status and it says "in transit and on time". I'm thinking to myself "finally". 7PM rolls around and I check the tracking status and I see the same thing "in transit and on time". So I call UPS and ask them for some info. They tell me that it is still at the warehouse and has not left. It will arrive tomorrow (Thursday). I ask if I can pick it up after work because I'm there until 6PM and they say no because a delivery attempt must be made first. I tell them I won't be home and regardless they're still initiating on sending a man in a truck with my package to an empty house and drive it back to the warehouse. Only after that waste of time happens could I pick it up. How that makes any sense, I don't know. I'm sure UPS has their reasons and that's fine. Delays happen and procedures must be followed. I can get over that. What I can't get over is the constant notifications that were completely inaccurate informing me of scheduled delivery dates that aren't even followed through. Better yet, why are you telling it's "in transit and on time" for an entire day when truth is it hasn't even been placed on a truck. I had to call to get a notice and I wasted time like an *** waiting for something that wasn't on its way.

I am upset!!!!! I ordered something from boxed.com on Nov3, 2016, I checked on my order two days from that date and they said I will get order on Nov 7, 2016, Here it is Nov 8 and I still havent got order yet, soI called again and they told me the order were delivered already. No it havent,thedriver left my package at apt. 1 but I stay in apt. i. reallllly someone wrote in my order form wrong or something. On my confirmation pg I wrote in my apt# with a lowercase just so they wont get it. confused. I will say I will get double for my trouble cause God see and know. Im praying hard for careless people.

Ups scam

just dropped off a 3rd member (auto pats) that was in a plastic shipping container specifically made for that part. The ups guy wanted to charge me 62.00 for boxing parts, I explained to him that this is in a shipping container made for this part specifically and the inducted molded container was MUCH more stronger that cardboard box he was going to charge me for. He then explained to me there would be no coverage because it was not in ups box....this sound pretty *** to you I will not use ups for any reason again ever.....scammers

I had 2 packages picked up for delivery on 10/28/16, Only one package made it to it's destination, While the other tracking updates stopped on 10/31/16. Today is 11/8/16, After calling Customer Service & dealing with a CSR who not only knew what to do, But repeatedly told me that she had no idea of how to "transfer" me to the right department. After dealing with her for over 20mins, I came across 2 different CSR's who showed no concern for my missing package & talked to me as if I myself lost it.. I will be changing my delivery options for shipping & pick ups. I do not understand, How no one knows what happened to my package & why the *** it hasn't been delivered yet!...

Ups - Delivery Service Review from Minneapolis, Minnesota

Ordered a knife and a pair of boots off LAPG, the knife was back ordered and the boots were mailed out via UPS. Got a second email saying the knife was shipped the same day as the boots (friday) but via USPS. Long story short got the knife on saturday and the boots are still 5 days away. This is the third time UPS has done this long *** shipping nonsence. Last time i needed my phone replaced it was mailed out 1 day shipping on thursday. Didnt get it till the next week on Weendsday and even had to go pick the *** thing up because they insisted on coming during the week at tje same exact time i was at work and would leave a note saying oops. UPS is complete garbage. I always go USPS and get mt packages within 3-5 days if that.

VERY UPSET, Ups is horrible. I have been lied to by every customer service agent I spoke with! My freight will be will be SEVEN DAYS AFTER... THE SCHEDULE. .7 days LATE! For largest ups is SUPER LAME!!! I have been jerked around by customer service for THREE DAYS NOW. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS not for CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not use again and tell everyone how HORIBLE UPS IS ! And maybe thats why your customer rating is so low 1.4 . This is no way to access any one who can help, managers,supervisor, or any one.

Horrible!!! I have had an time arrival from 3-7pm and they came early so I missed my package. They "couldn't do anything" even though I was on the phone by 2:15pm with customer service. Now I have to wait and try to be there from 930am to 7pm because that's their REAL estimated time arrival window! This is the THIRD HORRIBLE experience I have had to deal with from UPS! How do you not care about your customers how do you give someone a 4 hour window then say oh no it's really 930-7pm! People have to work and to just say well that's out estimated time is ridiculous! Instead of contacting my local customer service location and requesting the delivery guy to go back nope you have to wait 3 days!! I did my part I made sure I had someone home before the 3-7 window yet I'm penalized!! I HATE UPS!! FedEx NEVER treats customers like this! I never had no one single bad experience with FedEx they give you a window then even a smaller window! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Not one, not two but THREE times you shouldn't be in business it's a shame how UPS is ran!!

UPS in Superior, Wisconsin - Deliveries is a joke.

I ordered something online, and not only has it happened this time, but EVERY SINGLE TIME IT'S UPS SHIPPING MY PURCHASE I NEVER get it on the day I'm suppose to. I have a doorbell but they refuse to use it. They refuse to leave my package with the business I tell them to leave it at. And I don't even get a call or anything about a late package. I purposely avoid shipping through UPS for the sole reason and fact that zero of my packages come on time. Then I have to take tome out of my day to drive to the warehouse just to pick something up. When I order and click 2 day shipping, I expect to have it in 2 days.

Except many companies have a processing time, they don't teleport an item to UPS. So if you select 2 day shipping on Wednesday and UPS already made the pickup at that company for the day the next pickup would be Thursday.

2 days later means you get it Monday because UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday.

That's not UPS's fault, that's not the company's fault. And technically if it ships Thursday and arrives Monday that is 2 (business) days.

UPS in Saint George, Utah - Poor service

First they fail to deliver on the day it was scheduled, then they lost my package. After two hours of working to locate it I finally got a call. I ask what time will it be here? Oh no, you must come pick it up if you want it today. They instructed me to go straight to the loading dock, so I did. I began to ask a brown shirt about getting my package and, he interrupted me in a very rude tone, and told me customer service opens in an hour. I finally got abrupt and explained how important the equipment was and that I was told to come straight to the loading dock! Three people later I got my package. Worst customer service in the shipping industry.
