Ups - Delivery Service Review

So I had an artist send me 10000 worth of fine art multiple pieces in an indestructible tube taped up so well only a knife could open it . So ther delivered it to our store which were wernt open just missed package by 30min , package was was interact not damaged. Ups returned the package to there Newportbews Hub for re delivery the following day . I called they had the undamaged priceless package scheduled for redelivery the following day . So around 4pm still no package so I tracked it and it said package damaged and contents lost. I called 800 number to hear that the package was damaged and there was nothing inside and they were investigating it. So from the time it got back to Newportnews hub where it was just fine when I called to this afternoon it got damaged and contents disappeared . All I can say is from the time it left for redelivery till today sombody opened it and stole the contents of fine art 10000 , who can I trust to send anything I think it had to be the driver cause the hubs have cameras but the trucks don't somone physically cut ioen that package they told me that it could have fallen out well if that were the case there would of been 20 pieces of art falling out and u would have at least found one of them anything so seems to me ups is run by thieves never use ups anyone but them

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced! In 1 year not one package has been received via delivery. I've had to personally pick each one up... What a complete waste of shipping costs! Never leave me notification and it's only when I track it I find out they "attempted" to deliver. Will never ship with them and will no longer buy from people who use them to ship!

UPS flat out sucks! I ordered a gift for my and after two weeks of trying to delver it they just dropped to off a someone house and drove off. This is ***! I hope FEDEX deliverers the next package.

UPS in Calgary, Alberta - Bad driver experience

I have spent the day waiting for this delivery. I left the front door open with the screen door shut and was in the same room, not 10 feet from the door as I do not have a door bell. I also reset one of my cameras to pick up the movement so there was no way I would miss him. At 11:50, my dog started barking and I heard the truck pull up and a man came up the steps and put a missed delivery notice on the door and jumped back in the van. I yelled but he drove off. So I get in my van and follow him, honking the horn until he pulls over. I asked him why he didn't knock on the door. He says he rang the door bell, which is a lie because I DON'T HAVE ONE. I tell him I want my package and he says no because he doesn't like MY attitude. I tell him again, I want my package! He again continues that if I "know how to read" I can pick it up at the address as he is not going back to re-deliver because a signature is required. There is nothing more infuriating that someone who does not want to do their job and treats a customer like *** because of it. My home camera shows the driver running up to my door, placing the notice on the door and LEAVING and I still don't have my package. I will contacting both the BBB and the shipper, especially since I was charged $19.99 extra for the delivery confirmation. Had he of done his job and actually attempted delivery instead of leaving the notice and leaving, everyone would be happy. I am not impressed I have to go get this tomorrow since I just had invasive surgery on Oct. 31st. InfoNotice: 941109071141

UPS - Wrong address delivery

The package was dropped off on my doorstep. UPS Delivery guy didn't even bother to wait for me to answer the door. He just left it on the doorstep. Wrong address !!!!!!!!!!!! Made a phone call that evening and was told that he would be back to pick it up. Nope!!!. Nothing! I've been waiting 2 days for UPS to pick it up after numerous calls. And of course, customer service representative are not Canadian and have no idea what is going on. I was advised to leave it on the doorstep. Well, it went down to 1 degree and those products in that parcel most likely didn't make it through this cold.

UPS - Two days out for delivery and NO DELIVERY

I have been tracking a camera I ordered for 3 days. For the last two days it "has been on the truck out for delivery". Driver tried to say he attempted delivery yesterday...ha, not on my survailance cameras....never attempted delivery. Promised by a lady in Stone Mountain Georgia my 4 packages would arrive today by 8:30 pm...No packages, Lathrop facility closed. What a bunch of ***. Liars, Liars, Liars.....They tell you before 8:30 p.m. because they know the facility will be closed. I am ready to refuse all the parcels and let Macys, Redtagcamera.com and Cutco knives know the incompetence in the delivery service they have chosen to use. I will refuse all if not delivered by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Somebody used my UPS account by error. I called UPS twice to solve the problem, they said it will be solved. Citibank reimbursed me the money so then UPS sent me to collections. Please note that this is for a package I didn't sent and I didn't received, is somebody else's, as it appears in the invoice. It took 5 months to solve the issue and the customer service was very very rude. If this happen to me, It can happen to you. Please be aware if you don't want unwanted charges in your account and several hours at the phone. No wonder UPS has 1 star rating.

For over 2 years our business has been calling the " Customer Sewrvice number to complain about missed pick ups .Everytime ite " We will call you back" AMD THEY NEVER CALL BACK! UPS - *** service

T-Mobil shipped me a new phone that was to be delivered between 1 and 5 p.m. at 6:30 I still had not received the phone and called the 800 number for UPS because the myups app said it was out for delivery. The recorded message said it could be as late as 7 pm, so I waited and called back at 7:15 (still no package), was told that it was still out for delivery and would be delivered by 9 pm. At 9:15 was told it would be delivered by 10 pm. At this point I asked to speak to a supervisor, he supposedly tried to call the local office and received no answer. I sent an email to help@ups.com and received an automated response that I would receive a response by 10 am the next morning. So I took to their facebook page and facebook messanger, was told that customer service was 24/7 and that it would be worked soon. I finally received an email back about 10 pm and was told I would receive a phone call from the local facility by 9:30 the next morning. NEVER RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL! So I responded to the email stating that I never received the phone call, was told I would receive a phone call within an hour - again never received the phone call. Was told again at 1:58 that I would receive a phone call within an hour - again NO CALL! received an email at 4:16 that said they had lost my package and I needed to contact T-Mobil to have them file for an investigation. at 4:30 I called what I thought was the regional office to find out why they are putting it back on T-Mobil to file the claim, only to reach the INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER WHEN I DEMANDED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR! The supervior told me that there are anywhere from 10 to 15 phones just like what I ordered in the lost and found! Now I am on line the phone with the local office and they are telling me that the app is leading me on, that the phone NEVER LEFT THE HUB! And that T-Mobil would have to replace the phone!!!!

Ups - Ground Delivery Service Review

Had a package that had to be signed for so I took a day off from work to make sure someone was home to get my package. Was home all day then receive an email that said they tried to deliver...called the company and they tried to deliver it to the wrong apartment. Called the 800 number and told them what happened and they said they could redeliver it tomorrow, which I told them wouldn't work because both me and my husband work and there would be no one here to sign for it. She then sent a note to our customer service building in our home town. When the lady from there called me she told me the note said they tried to deliver it the day before to my address, which isn't true because it was in Kentucky, and blamed them having the wrong address on me!! I asked her what our options were since we could not be home tomorrow to receive the package. She told me we could freeze it at their building and we hade 5 days to come pick it up. Since I work out of town I told her my husband would be by tomorrow to pick it up. She told me only I could pick it up since my name was on it.... So basically...it was their fault for trying to delivering it to the wrong address, and now your gonna punish me to where I can't pick up my package when I have to work and since you won't let my HUSBAND pick it up for me??? Shame on you UPS! Y'all made a mistake, y'all should fix it!!
