Ups Iparcel Delivery Service Review

I was sitting in my chair 30 minutes ago when the UPS truck stopped out front. I got up and headed for the door, the driver approached the gate, just as I opened the door he dropped the box over the fence, turned around and went back to his truck. Mind you it wasn't breakable, but he had no idea what was inside. Plus he left it in plain view where it could have been taken. All he had to do is enter the gate and walk 8 feet! Is that too much to ask!!!! All the other drivers always come to the door.

You are a terrible delivery service, any other currier I use will give me a rough idea of what time my package will be delivered you on the other hand give a ridiculous *** and totally useless 12 bloody hour window which is helpful to ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ANYWHERE. A rubbish service and would recommend to ANYBODY that they use a deifferent service. Completely and utterly useless, I was told the drivers don't have phones so you can't even get an idea when the package will be delivered, 8 paid extra for 2 day delivery but if you don't deliver the package till 11 at night it might as well be a 3 day delivery, total scam and utterly unhelpful staff on the phone, :sort your business out and get better because right now you're terrible

So I ordered a package called UPS for me to pick up my package instead of holding my package they shipped the package left it outside without a signature & my package was stolen now they want to give me the run around about getting a claim filed and a have my package resent I'm beyond pissed no one is going to return stolen Christmas gifts before Christmas

Avoid UPS when shipping items from US to Canada

I live in Canada and bought an item from amazon.ca not knowing that the item is going to be shipped from US. The item was a tablet for $419 Canadian. All computer items are exempted from duties. However UPS was demanding $91. 95 for brokerage fees and $55.38 for HST. (Total of $147.33) I was prepared to pay the HST but asked them if I could release the item myself through CBSA. They suggested that they could only send the item to the port of Windsor Ontario (more than 10 hrs ride from Ottawa). I requested them to send it to CBSA office in Ottawa Ontario and I can go there personally to release the item and pay the taxes. They flatly refused. I just want to advise people who are buying from US that you should make sure that you request the sender to ship the item through USPS and never UPS. I had several bad experiences with UPS. In my opinion, it is the worst carrier. If you want to find other people's experiences with UPS then go on the internet and search for complains against UPS. You will find thousands of complains.

UPS - Just dropped it on the porch

I had a package delivered on Friday, Nov 25. I was looking out the window and the UPS guy approached my front door. When he arrived, he just took the package and DROPPED it on the porch!! He did not sit it on the porch, he dropped it!! He instantly just turned around and walked off without even ringing the doorbell to let me know he had come. Pitiful. The service level of UPS these days are regretful. They used to be good,but now the employees do not care what condition you get your package. I will never use UPS for my packages. FRom now on it will be Federal Express or USPS. No more UPS.

They just skip my house many times. They dont ring to my door. They made me go 40 mins drive away from my house to get my packages TWICE and it was not there twice. The second time the driver was driving in the direction of where i was and he refuse to give it to me if i waited for him to come! Now same week, it was expected to come yesterday, it was deleyad, then today, and again it was delayed until monday ! Because they are closed on weekends. I am so mad and unsatisfied and it makes problems to my business

UPS - Horrible service

I had an envelope sent to me from Michigan on the Monday before Thanksgiving 2016. It was "guaranteed" to arrive in 2 days--by Wednesday in Birmingham, Alabama. It did not arrive. I tracked it online and on Thanksgiving at 5:22 am I received an email from them telling me that my package had been incorrectly sorted in Atlanta and would take "at least" one business day to get to me. Friday afternoon came and no package. I called the 800 number and was told that my package would NOT be delivered on Friday. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was nothing he could do. I suggested they put the package in a brown truck and drive the 2 1/2 hours to Birmingham. Still no relief. Then I find out that my package will not arrive until the next business day, which is Monday. Soooo, the guaranteed 2 days will turn into 7 days. What!!?! Unbelievable. Will not be using UPS again. They have lost me as a customer, and I will let anyone who will listen what I've gone through.

UPS - Worthless Company

UPS is one of the most worthless companies in the U.S. I am remodeling my home and was to have many large, heavy packages delivered. The UPS driver who delivered the first of these was too lazy to bring them up 5 steps to my front door and left them sitting in the driveway (I am disabled and cannot lift heavy things up stairs). I complained to UPS and was sent an email saying they were having a recurring problem about this with my local delivery center and they told them to deliver to the door. Well, the next day the same thing happened. I complained again and was told I had to create an account on their website to say I wanted delivery at the front door (you have to do this with every tracking number individually - I had dozens of numbers). I did what they wanted and put in the requests for front door delivery. Two days later I got many emails telling me that packages were being delivered that day - but then the driver came, put 2 light packages on my porch and left. I then got emails saying many items were delayed (all the heavy ones) even though the tracking shows them arrived at my local center. However, one fairly large and heavy item still showed as being on the truck for delivery even though the truck had come and gone. I never have issues with FedEx or USPS so why can't UPS do things right? From now on if I go to buy something and my only choice for delivery is UPS I am going to tell the seller that I will not purchase from them and I will take my businesses to someone who will send what I buy via FedEx or USPS.

Don't use UPS. Their offices are administrative nightmares, and their business practices and operations are a complete joke - even noticeable to the average consumer. They have misplaced several shipments of mine and have taken no initiative to rectify the issues at hand. An awful customer experience overall. I could run the company better, and that's with 2 jobs and a university degree in progress.
