UPS - Just dropped it on the porch

I had a package delivered on Friday, Nov 25. I was looking out the window and the UPS guy approached my front door. When he arrived, he just took the package and DROPPED it on the porch!! He did not sit it on the porch, he dropped it!! He instantly just turned around and walked off without even ringing the doorbell to let me know he had come. Pitiful. The service level of UPS these days are regretful. They used to be good,but now the employees do not care what condition you get your package. I will never use UPS for my packages. FRom now on it will be Federal Express or USPS. No more UPS.

They just skip my house many times. They dont ring to my door. They made me go 40 mins drive away from my house to get my packages TWICE and it was not there twice. The second time the driver was driving in the direction of where i was and he refuse to give it to me if i waited for him to come! Now same week, it was expected to come yesterday, it was deleyad, then today, and again it was delayed until monday ! Because they are closed on weekends. I am so mad and unsatisfied and it makes problems to my business

UPS - Horrible service

I had an envelope sent to me from Michigan on the Monday before Thanksgiving 2016. It was "guaranteed" to arrive in 2 days--by Wednesday in Birmingham, Alabama. It did not arrive. I tracked it online and on Thanksgiving at 5:22 am I received an email from them telling me that my package had been incorrectly sorted in Atlanta and would take "at least" one business day to get to me. Friday afternoon came and no package. I called the 800 number and was told that my package would NOT be delivered on Friday. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was nothing he could do. I suggested they put the package in a brown truck and drive the 2 1/2 hours to Birmingham. Still no relief. Then I find out that my package will not arrive until the next business day, which is Monday. Soooo, the guaranteed 2 days will turn into 7 days. What!!?! Unbelievable. Will not be using UPS again. They have lost me as a customer, and I will let anyone who will listen what I've gone through.

UPS - Worthless Company

UPS is one of the most worthless companies in the U.S. I am remodeling my home and was to have many large, heavy packages delivered. The UPS driver who delivered the first of these was too lazy to bring them up 5 steps to my front door and left them sitting in the driveway (I am disabled and cannot lift heavy things up stairs). I complained to UPS and was sent an email saying they were having a recurring problem about this with my local delivery center and they told them to deliver to the door. Well, the next day the same thing happened. I complained again and was told I had to create an account on their website to say I wanted delivery at the front door (you have to do this with every tracking number individually - I had dozens of numbers). I did what they wanted and put in the requests for front door delivery. Two days later I got many emails telling me that packages were being delivered that day - but then the driver came, put 2 light packages on my porch and left. I then got emails saying many items were delayed (all the heavy ones) even though the tracking shows them arrived at my local center. However, one fairly large and heavy item still showed as being on the truck for delivery even though the truck had come and gone. I never have issues with FedEx or USPS so why can't UPS do things right? From now on if I go to buy something and my only choice for delivery is UPS I am going to tell the seller that I will not purchase from them and I will take my businesses to someone who will send what I buy via FedEx or USPS.

Don't use UPS. Their offices are administrative nightmares, and their business practices and operations are a complete joke - even noticeable to the average consumer. They have misplaced several shipments of mine and have taken no initiative to rectify the issues at hand. An awful customer experience overall. I could run the company better, and that's with 2 jobs and a university degree in progress.

My package was to arrive on the 24th Nov. then midway it changed to information unavailable and when that situation did not change I assumed that it will come at a later date to be decided by UPS but around 7PM the status changed and it showed the delivery date back to 24th , I was having dinner with friends in a restaurant and rushed home to receive the package , around 730 I phoned to enquire if it will be delivered or not the agent told me that it has yet to reach the final delivery centre so it will not delivered today . Is it a joke to you guys , you claim that the online info is latest and updated , does not seem to be so ? You made me leave a social outing and still I did not receive my package ?? What do you have to say for this ?? Horrible service , I will never use UPS again Disgustingly,

I'm not sure how UPS stays in business... I have never had issues with deliveries with any other shipping company. When calling to arrange a delivery I spent 20 minutes repeating myself to someone that didn't speak English, only to be sent back to the main menu. I'm not looking forward to driving across town to wait for an hour in line after waiting to get one of their 3 parking spots.

UPS - Horrible service

I was notified by email a package was being sent to me. I didn't know who was sending the overnight package or what it was. I was out of town on a 3-month trip. I tried to get UPS to stop the delivery but it said it couldn't and that a delivery attempt had to be made first. Tracking said it required a signature and there was no one to sign for it. UPS delivery person left it anyway sitting on my front porch; didn't get a signature. It will be stolen or sit there for 3 months. I complained to UPS and UPS told me to contact person who shipped it to me. I called UPS and was on hold for 35 minutes to talk to a supervisor. UPS employees could care less about providing customer service. I'll never ship UPS. Service sucks.

UPS - Fail to Give Package

I arrived at your Customer Center in Hialeah Fl at 7:35 pm to retrieve a package that I had to sign for. I noted the time because as I approach there was an UPS employee standing by the door and would not let me in. I told the agent that I have went the wrong entry. The associate flat out refuse to let me enter and ignore my request even tho there were at least twenty-five people standing in the lobby. I try to speak to a supervisor but according the customer service they refuse to speak to me. I stood in the pouring rain while I tried to get someone to help. I am very upset of the treatment that was displayed by your workers. I was required to give a signature but your people refused to even entertain the ideal of letting me in to do so.
