Ups Delivery Service Review

I had a package that was being tracked and estimated to be delivered yesterday. I waited the whole day and it never came. Then this morning, I check the tracking and it says that it was rescheduled to be delivered today. Well, guess what, they actually delivered my package to a completely different address in another city. Some stranger got my package. It could've been stolen. HORRIBLE experience.

Poor service I recomend if anyone lives in a apt where the main door is always locked dont get deliveries sent by UPS. The driver refused to make any attempt to try to get in the bldg when I called customer service to get my number added to my monthly deliveries they're goin to tell me the driver is not required to call the customer to get in the bldg. WTF!!!!! HTF I'm I suppose to know when their here? and I live on the top floor. Its cold outside I am not about to stand outside and wait on they're slow ***

The main door is locked, and the driver makes no attempt to get in.

What is the driver supposed to do? Attempt to pick the lock to get in?

Since the drivers are not provided phones, how is a driver to call you?

Out of the last 3 packages I have had sent via UPS, I have had to go pick up all 3 of them due to UPS error. Most recently, as in today, my package was supposed to be delivered today and then at 12:36 I get a notification that delivery has been delayed due to Operating Conditions. When I called to find out what operating conditions they were speaking of, I was informed that they simply forgot to put my box on the truck and that now I either have to go pick it up or wait another day. When I asked to speak to a manager I was given the run around and aggravated until I hung up. USE FED EX!!!!! They don't suck like UPS does

As I write this review I am currently waiting on 3 packages that should've been delivered already from UPS, one of which is now being Returned to Sender under a false allegation that I refused to receive the delivery. However, when I checked the delivery date, it is not scheduled to be delivered until tomorrow! How can I refuse to receive a package that hasn't been delivered yet?? I called UPS and the representative confirmed that the package has NOT yet been sent out for delivery. I was told to contact the sender which I did and the sender has reported the complaint to their corporate office who will now reroute my packages so they come back to me. I understand that UPS increases staff during the holidays but I have never experienced anything like this before. The worst part is that the packages are right here in the city and they won't allow me to pick them up myself. If you can ever choose your carrier go with another company please.

I have previously ordered from the company Sephora numerous times & received shipments via UPS. I have contacted UPS Customer Service, which were no help.

I contacted the shipper as well. I have had packages left on the hood of the vehicle in the driveway and in front of the garage before. Apparently this one was supposed to be at the front door. I checked the entire premises and with neighbors.

It would at least be nice if the package was always left at the front door. I guess that I am at a loss.

First time ever I have not received a package from UPS surprisingly lol. Via their tracking it was delivered at the front door. Due to the fact that I checked the entire outdoor premiss & neighboors, I would call a representative. The next day I called UPS customer service & the service was awful, very unfriendly! I dread getting packages delivered by this company because their service is less than stellar on so many levels. Previous times that I have received UPS packages was when the driver put in on the front end of the vehicle parked in the driveway. I found some crumpled up UPS notes on the ground of failure to deliver, etc. Second time, left it in front of the garage door. Third time, gave it to the neighbor in the duplex next door because their garage door was open. Fourth time it was delivered by the front door...yeah! Only one driver who actually left the package where it should be delivered.

Ups Iparcel Delivery Service Review

I was sitting in my chair 30 minutes ago when the UPS truck stopped out front. I got up and headed for the door, the driver approached the gate, just as I opened the door he dropped the box over the fence, turned around and went back to his truck. Mind you it wasn't breakable, but he had no idea what was inside. Plus he left it in plain view where it could have been taken. All he had to do is enter the gate and walk 8 feet! Is that too much to ask!!!! All the other drivers always come to the door.

You are a terrible delivery service, any other currier I use will give me a rough idea of what time my package will be delivered you on the other hand give a ridiculous *** and totally useless 12 bloody hour window which is helpful to ABSOLUTELY NOBODY ANYWHERE. A rubbish service and would recommend to ANYBODY that they use a deifferent service. Completely and utterly useless, I was told the drivers don't have phones so you can't even get an idea when the package will be delivered, 8 paid extra for 2 day delivery but if you don't deliver the package till 11 at night it might as well be a 3 day delivery, total scam and utterly unhelpful staff on the phone, :sort your business out and get better because right now you're terrible

Avoid UPS when shipping items from US to Canada

I live in Canada and bought an item from amazon.ca not knowing that the item is going to be shipped from US. The item was a tablet for $419 Canadian. All computer items are exempted from duties. However UPS was demanding $91. 95 for brokerage fees and $55.38 for HST. (Total of $147.33) I was prepared to pay the HST but asked them if I could release the item myself through CBSA. They suggested that they could only send the item to the port of Windsor Ontario (more than 10 hrs ride from Ottawa). I requested them to send it to CBSA office in Ottawa Ontario and I can go there personally to release the item and pay the taxes. They flatly refused. I just want to advise people who are buying from US that you should make sure that you request the sender to ship the item through USPS and never UPS. I had several bad experiences with UPS. In my opinion, it is the worst carrier. If you want to find other people's experiences with UPS then go on the internet and search for complains against UPS. You will find thousands of complains.
