Stolen Contents of Package

Ordered 4 Bottles of Vit C from Costco . Delivered by UPS ,PAckage was already opened and Retaped..and only 2 bottles arrived. Filed a claim of the loss of 2 bottles from UPS but 1 day after my claim they sent me a letter that the package was delivered according to their tracking and had to contact Costco instead. Yes the package was delivered but the items inside were missing.Seemed like they did not read my claim and only saw the part that said "Missing" not knowing if the whole package was missing or only some contents were missing.

I need my customer number

I can't talk to a live human being to simply ask what my customer number is for my UPS account without going through a complicated computer-generated answering system. It doesn't give me anything close to the right choices to get to a human being to ask a stupid question such as what is my customer number. That is all I want to know.

The UPS is a horrible company. They always get the mailing wrong despite how clear it is given to them. The customer service phone line is always full of robots and no real assistance. Do NOT use UPS mailing service.

Received damage goods

Driver left items outside during a late shipment May 8th even though instructions on door indicate putting deliveries inside shed as all prior deliveries have been. Snow damaged cartons and envelope to a point where the packages fell apart when finding them early this morning.

In 25 years I have never received a UPS package smoothly. Many retailers do not indicate how they send packages, and I live in DREAD they will use UPS.

In this latest instance, the tracking page said I would receive it yesterday. So the day before, hoping to idiot-proof the delivery, I wrote a large notice include any and all information, granting permission to leave it in my vestibule or inside the front door. I SIGNED it. I checked throughout the day, and my last check at 6:30 my notice had been removed WITHOUT any explanation, or god forbid a phone message.

I panicked as it was a pricey purchase, not knowing if it had been stolen or sent without a word to the warehouse off in Timbuktu impossible to find even with GPS I'm well familiar with the journey. I ran back to the track page and it had no new details. A half hour produced no means of speaking with a live person. So I punted, posting ANOTHER notice last night and hoped for the best.

Today my note was still there with a tiny scrawling on it: "Couldn't leave needs signature" JUST BELOW MY SIGNATURE. Included was their standard "sorry we missed you" sticker which said only 231 Palmer St, NO CITY, NO PHONE. I found it on GPS, and went down after 9 am. I was told they did not deliver until after 1.

Who knows what that means, I'm planning on 2 or three more trips down today and tomorrow, perhaps beyond. So in addition to an "un-delivery" I have had to perform trail-and-error just to discover the invisible rules they play by.

The invisible, torture the customer rules that serve them and nobody else. Next time my understanding of the rules of this Insult to Injury GAME will likely be inscrutably altered, entailing a fresh round of trail-and-error.

Too long for delivery of persihable items

order cheese and bread from a store in cuba, ny shipping with ups order sat in Jacksonville,fl. for 3 days in unrefrigerated area before being shipped the following day took 7 days overall to receive by this time contents soggy and wet inside from spoiled cheese thank you very much for nothing

The package was picked up at the other address and properly delivered. I wonder if the UPS person was paying attention since the city my package was delivered to also has Falls in the city name.

I was right. UPS lied.

Thank goodness for honest people.

The person my item was delivered to had UPS pick up the unopened package and send it to the address that is on the package.The delivery man did ring the doorbell which is a good thing because several packages that were left at the door of other tenants have gone 'missing'. The FedEx delivery person always rings and waits in the truck to see if I get the package.I love FedEx.

I already phoned UPS and they said the package was addressed wrong. They lied. The package had been addressed properly but sent to Lisbon Falls, a town that sounds like my town.

I am furious. My package was delivered to the wrong address yet UPS claims no fault. That the wrong address was on the package and I believe that was a lie to cover up UPS' mistake. Everything else on that order was shipped and delivered to the correct address. UPS owes me $23.70. Surepost failures

On 4/2, I placed an order with J. Jill. The order was sent via UPS SurePost. I never received the package. On 4/28, I placed an order with Kohl's. On 5/2, I received an email stating that part of my order had been delivered to my home via Sure Post. It was not. I was at home all day, and picked up my mail. The package was not there. Sure Post is unreliable.

Failure to make earnest attempts to complete deliveries

UPS is faking delivery attempts. As a shipper we are recently experiencing shipments returned to shipper when earnest attempts to make the delivery are obviously not happening. First attempt, no drop off at a residential address and a false claim that the resident refused the delivery. Resident is in lock down and states, no attempt was made. this when everyone knows UPS has been dropping packages at the front door for years. Second, reason given by UPS was that there was a phantom weather emergency. Nothing recorded by Weather.com for that date in the area of the delivery address. Then then return attempt was attempted after hours when the facility was closed. They returned the shipment claiming it was refused. By whom? Third, over charges for residential delivery: $4 for the residence + $4 for out of area + $1.44 for a fuel surcharge. They are faking the delivery attempts and returning the shipments so that they can double dip on the reshipment.

Driver need GMRC on how to talk to people and how to parallel Van

Its a driver of ups who parked behind my van and was rudely giving remark when I told him to move his van so I can exit the parking lot because he was parking odd on the parking site blocking exiting vehicles.His Van is 671439 and I have a picture. Will be posting these on Facebook also.

UPS sure post does not work in our rural area, post office closed at 11:30am

American Eagle blamed your delivery for sending their products by sure post instead of their own shipping ware houses. Does AE allow you to chose sure post or ups ground for them? If not you need to contact AMERICAN EAGLE, because that is what their customer service department is telling their customers. If this is true and you know our WV rural area and post office closing times, and I've given my special instructions to deliver ground only, do not take to post offices, which is (5) five different drop places to get my package, how do I finally solve this issue?

i don't know why ups can't ring the gate and door to let me know they are in the building. They leave packages in the lobby and i guess i have to read ups mind so i can get my package. This is so upsetting, fustian and annoying. The whole delivery service gives me anxiety. Residing on 4 floor no elevator how many times i have to guess if they deliver or not. This does not apply to the nice ups ppl that come all the way.

I called the help center to inquire about my package, an important package that showed estimated delivery time to be yesterday. The woman I spoke to, at first, seemed to be helpful until I started asking more questions. She gave me three different answers to the same question, where is my package? First it was it would be 5 business days for it to be delivered to the USPS and UPS is closed on weekends and holidays, including New Years Eve, then it was we won’t have any updates until Monday then if it hasn’t updated since yesterday your package may be lost. I asked her, “are you just guessing because you answered the question in three different ways so which one is it”? I also said I am in shock that the USPS is open on more days of the year than UPS. She put me on hold to ask her supervisor, she then came back on the line to give me one of those three. My package will be delivered to the USPS on Monday. I asked her how her supervisor knew, did you guys play a game to guess and she said she couldn’t speak for them I then asked for her name and her supervisor’s name. She gave me hers, which I doubt is real, then I asked again for her supervisor’s and she said I can’t give you their name. I said then put your supervisor on the phone and let them give me their name and CLICK disconnected! I am absolutely sure that she took a bathroom break while I was on hold and never asked anyone. I am in shock and extremely angry. A birthday gift for one of the most important people to me, my Auntie. I ordered it early so there was no chance of it being late because I couldn’t purchase it in a store and she’s extremely hard to buy for. If I ordered this and it went out for ground service on 12/27 shouldn’t it be here on 1/3/2020? It says on my UPS app estimated delivery time 1/2/2020 End of day. I ordered something the week before Christmas and it was there when it was supposed to be, well a couple hours past end of day, but who cares about a couple hours? I’m trying to find out if I will have my package by 1/10/2020 and they can’t tell me?! I am blown away by the reviews I’ve read online and I am copying this review everywhere I possibly can. I’m sure if someone listens to our conversation I came off like a B, but not until she started giving me different answers with no explanations. It should’ve been a short call with a quick answer. Oh and by the way, UPS is open on New Year’s Eve, she said they were closed and that it wasn’t considered a business day. Maybe in the country she was taking this call in but I called from the United States. I hope this review reaches someone who cares enough about their company to look into this and contacts me. This is one pissed consumer.
