UPS in Plano, Texas - Package

UPS DELIVERING KEPT MY PACKAGED. HE OFFER TO TAKE MY PACKAGE TO POSTOFFICE CAUSE I INNOCENT PERSON DID NOT REALIZED IT WAS A POST OFFICE RETURN LABLE. THOUGHT WAS AN HONEST MAN AND I THOUGHT TO TRUST HIM CAUSE HE DELIVERS EVERY DAY AT OUR BUILDING , I WENT AHEAD AND BELIEVED HI. WELL MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER RETURNED. A 200.00 DOLLAR RETURN. I QUESTION HIM - HE TOLD ME HE REMEMBERS ME BUT DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY PACKAGED. BULL ***. HE TOOK IT AND KEPT IT. WAS IT SCANNED? I THOUGHT HE DID. MY FAUGHT IN THAT SIDE. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN... I BELIVED AND TRUSTED HIS WORD TO TAKE TO POST OFFICE SINCE HE A OFFERED. I KNOW NOW THEY CANT BE TRUSTED...

UPS - Delay in delivery

I have a package ordered on 30 Nov, 2016. The company used UPS. They shipped it on the 1st of December. I checked the UPS website and received the message that the order was delayed at the Hub with no explanation as to why. So, I called UPS. The call center employee was about as rude as I've ever experience. Tried to tell me it was delayed because of weather - a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. Plus, their website said that no reimbursements during 30 November - 2 December. It is now 5 December. Bottom line, they said if I had a complaint I should call the vendor. I am calling the vendor to recommend they stop using UPS. I will never, never use their service - no matter what. They deserve to lose their business to someone else.

Ups - Review in Shipping category

I get packages regularly from UPS and USPS and for the last several months EVERY package I get from UPS looks like it has been kicked around on a soccer field. Dents, tape broken loose, dirty. All packages from USPS come to me just fine. UPS HAS SOME KIND OF HANDLING ISSUE. I have gotten enough packages to conclude it is a common problem and if I can elect not to use them it will be my choice not to.

The drivers should learn how to knock on a door or touch a ring bell because they always leave the note even when I'm at home and also they don't leave the packages where they're supposed to leave them and most important if it says scheduled at the end of the day it has to be that way. so please train these people the way should be because it is super disappointing and stressful every time I get something from ups.

For two consecutive days (1 and 2 December 2016), I was expecting parcel deliveries (a different parcel each day) by UPS in Brussels, at a delivery point that I selected through their web-site. For both parcel deliveries, I received in the morning of the delivery day a message informing me of a change of the delivery point to a new one locared at about 1.5 km further than the originally selected one (but much closer to the central UPS depot in Brussels - Diegem). As I got suspicious on the 2nd day, I asked their call-centre why the new change of the delivery point and their representative that answered the phone told me because the original delivery point that I selected was close on that day. I later in the day found out, however, that the relevant shop was all day open on that day... I called them again to complain and before I even explained the case, the new representative told me that they made an attempt to deliver at my home and as I was not there (2nd lie as there was always a person in my place on that day and the prior arrangement never included home-delivery) they delivered the parcel at the access In my new complaints, one of their managers replied and said that the originally selected by me delivery -point was full of parcels on that day and so could not reveive mine, in addition... No idea who was right or not but probably either a chaotic organisation of UPS in Belgium and/or incompetence of their staff and/or a systematic approach to deliver the parcels in closer to them locations ignoring the wishes of their customers. I will never use UPS again in the futue...

My experience is a very long and frustrating one.One month ago , my package ,$150 value ,was lost .They started an investigation wich they initially told me will last 8 work days.After 2 weeks I call both UPS and Footwear etc. ,the website I ordered from.First,the UPS didn't have an answer for me so I called Footwear etc. The operator told me the first UPS conclusion of investigation was that I aknowledged the package. Than Footwear etc requested another investigation wich again,last 2 weeks.After couple of bad reviews and phone,I finally find an email contact from the Footwear etc wich worked and a lady tells me to cobtact my building management to ask for authorization of checking the cameras.Really,after all this I have to become a detective just to receive my boots I paid for? After a very short email where I said I will sue the both companies,another lady calls me and says that a replacement for my boots was made.Yes! Thank you! Thinking that everything it's over ,I'm waiting for UPS updates on the app. The first status was that in couple of days a delivery will be attempted but I need to sign online.I click on sign botton and I get this: " you are not the receiver the package was addressed to" :)))))Really? So I just waited for my package to e delivered.I assumed they will leave me an invoice wich I can sighn to authorize the delivery even if I'm not home.So they did,I signed it and left it on the mail box.Yesterday I was home all day ,they came by 8.40 and guess what? They didn't leave the package.So I start callin the motherf....again. I talked with the robot wich was more efficient that the operators and I change the status of the package to "to be hold for picking up". That happened yesterday.Today I receive an email wich says the status was changed back to" another delivery will be attempted on Monday".I call again ,the operator changed it again to "on hold for pick up" . Well,here I am,still checking my emails to make sure the status will not be changed back to "another delivery will be attempted". And I'' thinking if I should waste more of my energy to fill a complaint for the drivers.

We paid for 3 day select took 4 days to finally get the package, the *** of a driver that came on day 3 couldnt find the package something about they split the packages between two trucks. Day 4 driver finally brought package but decided to put on front porch i guess to be sneaky, the side walk doesnt even go to the front door, seriously what kind of compentant people do you have working as drivers. Then i have sent two messages to customer service about this issue and still no reply, this is typical since they hope you forget about the issue but im sorry i wont for get i paid 15 dollars for a service i did not receive and that is 15 dollars you dont deserve so im going to be that thorn until i get my money back.

I order 2 expensive 400 dollars each drag tires on black friday and a performance flash programer for my car ...went online wednesday and my order is on transit ...i went to bed very late and no delivery ...check online and it says 1 of the tires was left on my front door and it wasnt..i live on the 5th floor..maybe at the lobby , so i went down and nothing ..not true he didnt left it there ..whos going to take a single tire ..camera was check he never enter rhe building or he left it outside and was stolen...contact ups and they dont want to take any responbility ...the other tires is delay without delivery date...so the 600 dolllar performance computer is missing since wed they dont know so i have to wait for someone to scan it to know the item location ...what are they doing over there ..last time i use UPS{{Redacted}}...

WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOUR FACILITY IN HODGKINS, IL???? Every time a package is 'delayed' it is there. Is there a zombie apocalypse in suburban Chicago right now? A nuclear bomb get dropped? Why do packages enter your facility and just sit for days? Deliver the *** packages. And as to this being 'peak season' - Fed Ex and USPS have gotten everything to me right when they said they would. Did Black Friday or Cyber Monday just get invented this year? Did the Christmas holiday - and it's associated shopping - suddenly switch days or months? You've been screwing up for three years running! Get your act together. I will never buy anything that requires me to ship with UPS again!
