UPS - Poorest Delivery Service Available

If you want a package delivered on time, under NO circumstances use UPS. It is my experience that they hire drivers who couldn't get a job any where else and it severely impacts UPS's delivery service but UPS still hires them. And if your thinking about complaining, the UPS customer service is also made up of people who absolutely refuse to do their jobs in a timely manner. UPs does not care about their residential service in the least bit. For delivery of packages, use another carrier or you will be dissatisfied. UPS is without a doubt the poorest delivery service available. USE ANOTHER CARRIER!

Ups Delivery Service Review

I have had enough of your "DUE TO OPERATING CONDITIONS, YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE DELAYED". It was sprinkling! Guess nothing gets delivered except in sunny weather! Lies! you left package at dock and didn't bother to load on truck so you lied! I paid for 2 day delivery and now you make excuses but NEVER- NEVER- NEVER- have you accepted culpability and refunded a dime! "Brown" is the perfect color since you are so full of ****! I will go out of my way and pay premium to ship USPS or FEDEX. Your company is a cheating screw up that would screw their own mothers over for a profit!

This has happened twice within a week on totally different items. I was told they would arrive on a specific day and when the day came, UPS changed the date to two days later. I'm very angry that this has now happened multiple times.

UPS driver(cumberland avenue area, winnipeg) does not know how to read.I left a big a4 paper on the wall, right beside where he left "we missed you" note, with the message to BUZZ my room number for the driver. He does not know how to read. Fire him and employ literate people. It is either he does not know how to read or cheating the employer saying that he did his job.I am pretty sure he didnt came to my apartment, but updated that he came and missed me again. Initially he said he will drop that off at 360 main street. He didnt go there either. It is either he is cheating or he is illiterate. I lost trust and hope in whole UPS just because of him. I want my gas charge back for making us drive to 3 different places and ended up undelivering my pacakge

UPS customer service center off shore stated "I was *** for working during the daytime". Lie on several occasions. Subjected I let some total stranger pick up my package. I understand the company doesnt care about people verbally expressing complaints but I will pay double not to use them again and make sure people understand their customer service is a problem

UPS in Denver, Colorado - Cost me a business contract ($2000.00)

After paying an extra $25.00 for Next Day service the UPS driver took it upon himself to decide he had enough deliveries for the day, four (4) hours after my package was due. So much for a guarantee. Three different people told me three different things when I called that evening. I lost out on a business contract, and the next day, no one attempted delivery to make it right. Instead I got an email, saying "all the drivers have left for the day you will have to wait until Monday for your delivery, (an extra two (2) days on top of it) bringing my total wait to three days for an extra $25.00 fee. Next time I'll use the Postal Service and save $ anyway. Oh, and anytime you want to reimburse me for that lost contract... feel free.

UPS sucks my package was promIsed and because of three separate exceptions in Hodgkins Il, California And one in Cincinnati my package did not arrive in time for my business trip out was featured for 6 days that's very poor customer service. UPS DELIVERING KEPT MY PACKAGED. HE OFFER TO TAKE MY PACKAGE TO POSTOFFICE CAUSE I INNOCENT PERSON DID NOT REALIZED IT WAS A POST OFFICE RETURN LABLE. THOUGHT WAS AN HONEST MAN AND I THOUGHT TO TRUST HIM CAUSE HE DELIVERS EVERY DAY AT OUR BUILDING , I WENT AHEAD AND BELIEVED HI. WELL MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER RETURNED. A 200.00 DOLLAR RETURN. I QUESTION HIM - HE TOLD ME HE REMEMBERS ME BUT DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY PACKAGED. BULL ***. HE TOOK IT AND KEPT IT. WAS IT SCANNED? I THOUGHT HE DID. MY FAUGHT IN THAT SIDE. UPS - Delay in delivery

I have a package ordered on 30 Nov, 2016. The company used UPS. They shipped it on the 1st of December. I checked the UPS website and received the message that the order was delayed at the Hub with no explanation as to why. So, I called UPS. The call center employee was about as rude as I've ever experience. Tried to tell me it was delayed because of weather - a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. Plus, their website said that no reimbursements during 30 November - 2 December. It is now 5 December. Bottom line, they said if I had a complaint I should call the vendor. I am calling the vendor to recommend they stop using UPS. I will never, never use their service - no matter what. They deserve to lose their business to someone else.
