I order a package 11/26/16 from Texas and I live near Auburn, AL. The package barely weighs two pounds and ups accidentally damaged it, then lost it. So the company I bought from shipped another package for me for free. The second time the package went further but once again it ended up lost and is under investigation. So now the third time the company sent me another package for the and I was suppose to get it today, which is 12/9/2016. For some reason they rescheduled for the 12/12/16. I was actually needing this product quickly for a project I'm working on. 3-5 business days shipping sure takes awhile.

UPS in Cincinnati, Ohio - Horrible service with no resolution

Details
Ordered a tire so that I could resume driving my car to work. Package arrived at local UPS center where it still (apparently) is lost now eight days later. Daily call, daily promises to resolve and no resolution. No offer to make good, can't even file a claim. Have to go back through the place I purchased UPS tells me they are sorry because they are busy-- I thought they were in the business of being busy never again stay away from UPS and choose alternative carrier whenever possible. If this is what is going on in early December-- good luck for Christmas.. that all

Ups Ground Delivery Service Review

Some *** UPS delivery guy was somehow late and screwed up the delivery date. It came a day late and really made me mad. Next time UPS says a certain delivery date, they should follow through and deliver it on the date they say.

after first failed delivery attempt, I spend 30 mins talking to a representative, CONFIRMING THE ADDRESS is CORRECT, they MADE me to go to this access point and figured out there that my package is NOT THERE the next day. They KEPT it at the customer center because they are thinking still thinking it's at the wrong address. WTF.

UPS delay

My package is stuck in San Pablo, Ca. No explanation given other than operation problems and my delivery will be delayed. No idea of when, which is bad because I need to arrange to be here. I see that many consumers has the same problem which is bad up to the holidays. I am very disappointed in UPS because they are supposed to be reliable, obviously the company is falling apart. need to use other forms of shipping. I wish they at least would tell you what the problem is, but not a word and they won't answer the phone. Is my package even safe?

I live in a big apartment building that UPS can't always get into therefore they'll take my package back to the nearest store for pickup next day... however when they do get into the building on most occasions they have just left my package outside of my suite without even a knock on the door. Other times I havent been home and my package is left there for hours.. easy for anyone to steal if they wanted to but at least it's on my floor where usually only the tenants living on my floor pass by. THIS TIME two of my packages were just left in the *** mail room right off the main lobby!!! I dont understand the thought process of these delivery drivers. You're already in the building, why wouldnt you attempt delivery to my door? And if thats not successful, take it back to the ups store, which seems like the sensible thing to do but few drivers actually do it. And why? Because you're too lazy to process a delivery slip or? Leaving it in a communal mail room with lots of random foot traffic is not delivery service. It's *** May as well leave it in the middle of the *** street at that point.

I have had numerous problems with UPS deliveries. Their drivers are either blind or simply don't care as they consistently leave my packages at the home next door. My house is clearly marked on the front and on the curb yet these nitwits continue to leave packages at the wrong address. On one occasion they dropped my package over the wall behind the trash bins.

I was told my important package would arrive and I stayed home all day waiting. I called several times and was told it was en route. Then told it was still in the facility. Then again they told me ot was en route. End of day I called again it was still in facility. Now Im told to wait all day again the next day. Im missing important appts to wait on ups. They just lied and Im pissed off. Ill never ever use ups again.

UPS in Arvada, Colorado - Stolen packages

Had a package laying on the doorstep yesterday. Panicked. Package thefts are rampant in the Denver area, and it is so bad we assumed UPS would be very aware. Also, UPS generally tries to shield packages by placing them on the deck behind the screen rail. Not yesterday, though. I think UPS drivers, and FedEx Too, should be responsive to the theft problem and when possible, shield the package from observant eyes. The package yesterday was laying out like an invitation. And no, we are not going to pay 4 extra dollars when your drivers can simply place the package out of eyesight and thus protect it.

Ups Delivery Service Review

Details
Package said it was delivered so we stopped at our PO Box to check if there was a slip, and there wasn't. A little confused, we drove home and to our surprise there were 3 boxes at the bottom of our driveway, (anyone could of stole them), in the 3 inches of snow. One of the boxes had an item that woul of been ruined if it had gotten wet. Very unsatisfied costumer of UPS.
