Totally unacceptable

I paid $200 to ship a small box 290 kilometers (180 miles) with UPS ground. Was told 3 days for delivery. Then took 10 days. Found out after I could have bought the product locally for less than the shipping cost.

I get amazon and usps deliver to my door. But can never get ups to deliver packages correct. Last package I found thrown down by a down stairs door. Idiots and lazy

UPS has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with

UPS has to be on it's way out!!?? This is a long story, because they have just came up short SO many times, on so many levels, that there is no way a company can stay open very long. 1. Package was delayed and I was supposed to be contacted if there were any changes. They did not! 2. My tracking number and their site said it had been signed for and was scheduled to be at my door before the next evening. The next morning, I just happened to be checking the status, WOW, low and behold, it had just changed from that day (Friday) to the following Monday. 3. I call Customer service and never get a real person on the phone. No matter how hard I tried and Even the though they promised me a real person would come on if I gave them my tracking number. Well guess what??? I did and they didn't and then hung up on me , twice. 4. Call the warehouse where it is supposed to be at( which by the way was only 30 minutes from my house. They tell me and this is good. " It's not there yet. I said, well the tracking says it was scanned it 2 hours ago but she tells me, oh that's probably just the system, it automatically puts that in the system. It actually never has to be scanned to say it's there. They just lie. 5. They offer no apologies. Just more BS. I called 3 more times. Next one same thing. 3rd one, oh it got here and we loaded it up for delivery. Well can I come get it. Nope, can I get it tomorrow. I don't know. I don't know what the semi's do. I just know what the trucks do? Well I'm sure someone knows about the semi-s, can you please ask someone.? Nope , sorry. That's not my department. 5. So right now my Package sits 30 minutes from my house. And I won't probably see it till Monday afternoon to 9pm.... THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A JOKE!!! 6. I've now tried for over 2 hours to get someone online or on the phone. But NOPE, NOT HAPPENING!!! 7. On there Customer Service website, there was constant ads running on top of me trying to fill out a complaint. I never got to talk to anyone!! WHAT A JOKE!!! 8. What kind of company makes it impossible to talk to them...... ??? THE WORST KIND OF COMPANY!!!Try to find another courier if possible and do not believe the tracking information. Apparently, they can tell you whatever they want and you have no way of even telling them about it. Again, "WHAT A JOKE"!!

I walked into the ups' location in new haven ct on Dixwell and Lake Pl and was met as I was walking in by an employee that had been waiting on a customer, yet he stopped and asked me where I was going and TOLD ME to stay right there" he said it with such animosity in his voice no hello or someone will be right with you, I sense his anger and hatred and it really made me mad considering what's going on TODAY. So another employee walked in and the first one said go over there (trying to whisper it) and then he said hurry up like really? , so he automatically sensed his mood, and he too approached me with an attitude, I gave him the items to be returned, and he automatically started trying to treat me like I had NO RIGHT to be in there, told me I had to buy a box to return my items because it was opened, I deal with UPS all the time and NEVER had I been treated with such disrespect, and he was very confrontational and MEAN! There was no need for that I took my items to another location (where I should have gone in the first place) Considering the state this country is in right now no one should be going through this. I felt embarrassed and I didn't do anything wrong needless to say I will not be going back to this location and will not be referring anyone else there. I went to my normal location and was in and out not one issue. Educate these people! No one is tolerating such hatred!

I had instructions for ups to leave my package at the manger office and they left my husband Valentine's day gift left out my front door and didn't knock on the door or anything i didn't even know it was delivered and I never even got it it bcuz some one took it and the package.cost 300.00

Waiting on my packages would like to track my packages seems like ups motive of operation is no info this is the third experience for me tried to track package the info goes to the 8th my ups delivery info shows it would be delivered no later than 9 PM on 13th Monday it's now the 14th Guess wat nothing delivered my purchase company tracking says completed But I have no info where it is NOW or guess as good as mine n ups nice service not

I ship both business and personal items up to 30 per week -- the one shipped by UPS either are 2-3 weeks late, never arrive or are damaged. YOU cannot speak with anyone about this p*ss poor service and as a business owner will NEVER use them again-- I am baffled that a company whose primary business is shipping has lost it during this quarantine. and worst they don't seem to care that they will be losing customers..

Improper Packaging Ratchet..... UPS mishandles your packages then blames shipper for improper packing. Shipped a pump just a 100 miles and it showed up like it had been around the world. Claims dept reported they could not contact the consignee after almost a week and denied claim. Contacted the consignee myself in 15 minutes got a couple of pics but not enough since customer had discarded inner box. TAKE pics of everything you ship!!!!! Inside and Out. Need a good class action lawsuit to stop this misbehavior. Demand your workers treat freight and packages with much more care. STOP beating up our packages and blaming it on poor packaging.

Lousy service.

My package was scanned into the Ceres Ca facility 3 days ago. Tracking said my package was out for delivery. At the end of that day, Tracking says my package will be delayed for one day. Day 2,Tracking did not change until about 8 oclock in the evening. It stated my package would be delayed another day. Today, 7/31/20, tracking said my package would be delivered by 9 p.m. It has not been delivered. I checked tracking and it said my package would be delayed another day.

Package delivery delay

My package has been in the service center in Tucson for three days yet they will not deliver for some reason and they claim there are no live people to talk to regarding my, or any other, package. They have been paid, ultimately by me, to deliver my package, yet they are leaving it sit in the service center and now do not even indicate when my package will be delivered. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

A package that was shipped to me and was supposed to go to my post office box was not taken there was left at the gate of a house about 15 miles away where I think no one was probably even home. My address was clearly not the same as this house. I am having problems getting a refund.

Missing packages

I had 2 packages, 1 arrived at the Chelmsford Ma ups center on June 1 st, it is now the 8th and I still do not have my package. Ive xalled 3 times and was told there was a weather emergency . Its been sunny and 80 here. I also have another package that was supposed to be delivered on the 5th, still not here. This is The worst service I've ever experience.

Do not deliver per their tracking info

Several times when I have checked their tracking info it is indicated that it is out for delivery, often from early in the morning on that day. When it doesn't arrive, tracking info is changed back to the prior day's location.

"Driver Requires Security Access" - This is a Lie

I've been waiting all day for my UPS package. It's now 8:30pm, and when I just checked the tracking I saw an update that the "driver requires security access" and the delivery has been changed to Monday. This is a lie. My condo complex has no gates, and no security. I don't mind that the date was changed, but I do mind the lie. Also, nothing has shown up in my text notifications, and I specifically have that on alert.
