UPS Damaged Package - no refund

I shipped my gifts via UPS for my staff from home to my office. The package was damaged in transit which UPS notified me of in an e:mail - shipping cost $66 and they refused my claim saying that there was no obvious sign of damage to the outside of package but they ripped it open anyway because they heard the broken glass. Was told to inspect the outside of the box for damage when I received it and call back and they "might" be able to do something. Do they really think that I sent a damaged package just so I could call and argue with them?

Was expecting a package they left my package in front of my door which is a open apartment complex! And someone stole my package!! I recommend that nobody do business with ups they don't care about the customers package

UPS - Fed up

Ordered something on Wednesday and chose overnight shipping. It was an important item I needed to replace one that broke. It is now Monday and no sign of said item.The item was shipped out on Wednesday with overnight shipping.They said they would come Friday and changed it to Saturday now its Monday. This is the 3rd time in a few weeks UPS has made a delivery exception on a package we have ordered.We can't even get a refund on delivery so that was a huge waste of money.We live on a main road and UPS trucks go by all day.Worst yet is we are last on their route and they never come until 7 or 8 pm. Always frustrating seeing them driving by during the day but always being last to get a package.This is why I never used them for my small business. FedEx is always here at 9 am and many things shipped through them arrive a day early.even USPS is always here by lunch time.UPS has just become unreliable and slow.

When ordering online, I am not permitted to use a PO Box because UPS does not ship to a PO box. I have to use a physical address that UPS has never had an issue delivering directly to my home. I live in a rural community, and our physical address is the zip code for the nearest city. UPS has been delivering to the post office of that zip code instead of to my home for USPS to deliver; however, they do not deliver to my area, so every Christmas present that has been shipped has been marked undeliverable and sent back. I have been attempting to catch USPS before they ship back, but they do not answer the phones on Sundays or after retail hours. I contacted customer service who was not helpful. I asked why they were not delivering to my home, and they did not have a reasonable answer and blamed it on USPS, stating they were supposed to deliver the package.

On Wednesday Dec14/2016 UPS driver left my son new space jam sneakers at a home that no one lives anymore all night. On Fri Dec 16 put my package from Wal-Mart on top of my jeep. I love online shopping but this is given me second thoughts about shopping if UPS have to deliver them.UPS need to do better all year round.

UPS in Akron, Ohio - Can't find us even though we lived here for YEARS

I recently made two purchases through Amazon shipping via UPS. Tonight for the SECOND time in 30 days I received notification that my address was incorrect. Interesting, since this has been my correct address for the past FIVE years and that other shipping companies (FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc) seem to find my address just fine. Heck, even UPS could find me up until about 30 days ago and now all of a sudden we aren't in the house we've been living in continuously all this time? I don't know what's happened to UPS but their service has gone to the dogs. Seriously, they left a package sitting in the front of my car in my driveway about 3 months ago. Didn't even bring it to the front door but left it where it could be easily grabbed by anyone coming down the street. This company either needs to get their act together or get the *** out of business.
