***, UPs sucks do i need to say more. Fed-ex delivers today but no not ups. i wouldn't care but it's ups that has my package, it shouldn't take five days to deliver a two day package. Also when i was trying to track the *** package it changed location from my I-pod to my computer. when i was using my I-Pod it told me that it was in my home town. when i checked my computer it told me it was in a whole different state. I'm pissed off. Best buy stop using Ups. i don't want anything from ups or to use them ever again. i just want my computer back.

UPS - Consistent missed deliveries

The last 5 of 8 packages have gone to the wrong address. When I call UPS all I get is an "I'm sorry". My last package was promised for Dec. 29th as a bday gift and was tracked as being delivered to my front door, which again it was not. When I called UPS, they said it would take 8 days to start an investigation and that I would not be contacted until Jan 3 to begin this process. Too late! I also was responsible to call the shipper to get my $30 back for the delivery not making it on time. Done with UPS.Fedex or USPS from now on.

Details
Parcel arrived early in the morning. Wasn't put on truck for delivery. Sat there all day. Contacted custumer service and was told I could pick it up. Went to the depot and was told it was on the truck. Guess what? Truck never arrived. Now it is stuck in a warehouse for the next 4 days. Awful.

UPS - Driver didn't show up

I took a day off today to receive my package and none showed up. I checked my Tracking and saw that "I wasn't available to sign it". This company needs to be shutdown. I paid for a 2 day shipping and it went down the drain. Customer service told me to log in to my UPS my choice and schedule a drop off to an access point so I can pick it up today but the date approximate delivery will be longer. This company can't be trusted anymore and they need to close, this is my 4th issue that no one shows up to hand me my package.

UPS - Worst service

Worst service ever!!! Period. Incompetent agents at customer service line. Fool and irresponsible drivers - one *** just tossed a bunch of parcels at someone's door. Funny, one of those was mine - delivered at the wrong address. I call UPS at the receipt of the delivery notification as I have not received my item. First agent just hangs up the phone mid-conversation. I call back, another agent says it's delivered to the wrong apartment. Go grab it yourself. Really? I mean - really?!!! Is this what UPS customers pay for? To self-deliver, to fix UPS idiocy, to enter in arguments with other upset (with UPS"s service) customers. This is ridiculous.

UPS - Worst shipping company

With hard earned money we bought some items from US and wanted to ship them to a port in US to be shipped by container to another country. To deliver the packages to the shipping port from our home we were compelled to use UPS because our shipping company had arranged them. Two of the packages seem to be moving to the port while one seems to be stagnant at Phoenix, Arizona for one week. We repeatedly called the customer service but we were told not to worry. Only when we insisted that something needs to be done, an investigation was started. I am praying we would find that package. The drivers who pick up packages have scant respect for the carefully packed and labelled packages we give. I posted "This side up" and Fragile stickers, but when they carry "This side up" sign is facing downwards. On top of that the customer service agents know nothing about what they are talking about. UPS is the dirtiest, most horrible company I have dealt with ever. I wonder why people still use their business for shipping. Chayanika Padumadasa - Arizona

Ups - Pick Up Service Review

I ordered a gift card and it was being sent ups. It was suppose to arrive to its destination before Christmas and it never came then they said it would be delivered the 27th. I had it held at the ups center in Watertown Ct where the receiver was suppose to pick it up. When she arrived the customer service personnel told her the package was lost, the label must have fallen off. So I had to call ups 800 number to put in a claim. Ups is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered . How do you loose a Christmas gift. I am highly upset. NEVER go thru this with FedEx!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so upset. That gift was for a kid and they ruined a part of his Christmas!!!!!!

I ordered shoes from Lady Footlocker and have been having issues receiving my package so on 12/27/2016 I received a text message stating that they were unable to deliver the package, okay that s fine. So on 12/28/2016 the package was yet again not delivered due to the driver stating that he did not feel that it was safe, mind you this is on a house in the country. I called the next day prior to the delivery to see if the package was being delivered got no response. So I decided to call my neighbor to go sit on my moms porch and wait for the package so I was face timing my neighbor as she sat on my moms porch from 10:05 to about 12:15 and no package arrived before I went in to work. So my neighbor and I continued texting and her last text was at 12:54 and the truck had not arrived but, they want to tell me that they tried. I called ups and got the call center and they asked the store manager in Sylacauga, Alabama to give me a call. I received a call from some *** named Bo telling me about the driver stated that he tried to deliver and after I busted his dumb *** he comes back to state that our navigation system says he was in the area not on the road but in the area. I then asked for corporate number and he states that there is no corporate contact. He has messed with the right one on this day he will never forget me once I am done with him, I promise him that. This has been the worst customer service I have received from anywhere, even McDonalds since I have been in customer service and I have been in this line of work for over 25 years

I sent a package to my mother-in-law to be delivered by 12/23/16, the package was not delivered, the driver stated there was no answer. The recipient was indeed home during delivery and the driver never left a shipment notice. The packaged was then scheduled for re-delivery on 12/27/16 and once again the package was not delivered, this time with no reason. It is now scheduled to be re-delivered on 12/28/16! I spoke with a UPS representative on 12/27/16 and was told "it's on the truck and will definitely be delivered today" which was a lie. I do a lot of shopping online and will never use UPS again ! Horrible drivers and very unprofessional representatives.
