Just wanted to say we are lucky to have the best delivery guy EVER he goes above and beyond to help us out with packages and parcels every day, he always has a smile in his heart and his face. Details
Ordered a package and was to be delivered via UPS. Fist issue, their site does not get updated regularly unlike when my packages have come via USPS. Second, their alert system via SMS or email? Doesn't even WORK. And their time windows for delivery? First 9AM to 12pm. then 3-7PM. And because it's a small town there's no FLIPPING way that it's delayed by traffic. Plus, I've seen TWO UPS TRUCKS just drive past-didn't stop at all-and it's not a through street. And don't get me started on the people working the call center-mostly foreign people you can't even UNDERSTAND. They delivered before and it turned out just fine-this time...it's like nothing is getting done and I cannot get any help.

UPS - Delivered buffet

I was suppose to receive this item though UPS on Dec 10 th 2017, on their tracking # it was delivered, but where is it? , is it not a law that anything over a 100 dollars needs to have someone sign for the item! This item was well over 500 dollars , as they said they drooped it off in my driveway, are u kidding me.?? They should pay my bill then for the item I never received!!! Now I am paying on a product I do not have thanks to you for being lazy!! What if we all did are jobs like you did, none of us would be working? This is so un called for it makes me ill!! That you people get away with this *** and we're the ones that have to pay for your mistakes!!

I filed a claim with UPS. I shipped a package on December 19th to be sure it arrived before Christmas. UPS lost a Christmas package to family that had 6 gift cards with a total value of $600.00. They send me a notice it was delivered and 2 days later changed the notice...

UPS - Worst Service Ever

We use UPS on Daily basis and other shipping companies. UPS has worst than everybody we have ever used. UPS staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional. Their first priority is not to help you but to get you off the phone. They can do that by saying that there is nothing they can do for you or Hanging up on you. We are having issue with one of our shipments. We got call back. Lady on the phone keeping saying that nothing she can do to help me with the shipments and i asked to talk to supervisor and she hang up on me.. UPS does not care about their customer if you can use other shipping company...

UPS - Totally Poor Service

I ordered photo cards for the holidays via Snapfish for 2016 and was happy to be receiving them with only 2 day shipping. After about 3 or 4 days the package had not arrived (or so I thought). It turns out that the UPS delivery driver had just thrown the envelope on my porch (not between the storm door and house door). I live in northern PA on a windy hill. So consequently, the envelope blew off the porch and into the snow. I did not find it for another 2 days after delivery. Needless to say the package was waterlogged along with the contents. I saw the driver a couple of days later when delivering additional packages to my house and he said he remembered delivering the envelope. He didn't apologize or really even seem to care. The photo cards inside the UPS envelope were all wet and sticking together. All of the mailing envelopes that Snapfish supplied were damaged. I called UPS Customer Service and they were very short with me and had no sympathy for my damaged package. I asked them to reimburse the cost of the photo cards but, they said I would have to supply proof of the damage. Really supply proof for a $21 order of cards that the driver admitted to not putting between the doors. I will avoid using UPS in the future and use FedEx whenever possible. Really UPS? Get your act together.

I have been sitting here all day. I understand they need a signature. Waited here all day and now they say they tried to deliver it. They did not ring the bell. You are better off with FedEx. Now I am wasting time being kept on hold. Why does anyone use this service? And this internet board won't accept a complaint with fewer than 100 words! So now what can I do? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Are those enough words? ? ?I hope so. I really hope so. But it keeps on asking for more words! OK, One hundred words two hundred three hundred four five six seven 8 nine 10 eleven. Will that be enough?

I was sent a package with ups and tracked online the status of delivery. I was at home the whole afternoon, without any door bell ringing. Therefore, I was very much surprised when I checked the status online at 5 pm, and saw that I was declared not to be at home at 4:40pm, which was just not true. As I can't *** every day, spending time home and waiting for someone unable to ring the bell, I now changed the way of delivery and will pick up the package on my own at a ups store, even though this causes me much much more time to get it. I would not recommend using ups!

Package was not delivered and held at their facility. Called customer service twice just to confirm before making a long drive to pick up the package which location it was at. When i arrived, they told me the package was at another location 30 miles away.

Ups is horrible they don't deliver at the time they are supposed to .they keep delaying saying the missed sorted but this not the first time . I try to call the reps are unfriendly not helpful all they say is keep tracking what's worst is I paid for the premium shipping and I have no waited 14 days for my package and it's still not here
