The fault lies with the employee who stole your phone, not UPS or Apple. The employee will be held accountable for her actions but I fail to see what you want anyone else to do.

Your option is to file a claim with your homeowner's or renters insurance if you are covered for loses like this. You will need to file a police report for stolen property, etc.

I assume, as a responsible citizen, you do have this necessary type of insurance. By the way, there is a difference between "there" and "their."

Ups - Delivery Service Review

UPS delivered wrong package to our house then came banging on our door like the police and was extremely rude to us for HIS mistake. We had just gotten home and had intentions of returning the package to our neighbors. As we have been doing every time UPS makes this mistake.

You do realize this is a UPS Store forum, not UPS? Get real.

UPS is not the UPS Store, they are independently franchised. Your complaint is with UPS, not the store! Do your research instead of just randomly going to the first thing that say's UPS!

I have a package which has been at the Union Gap UPS facility since Friday 01/20/2017 at 7:15 A.M. They have not delivered it in over a week. They wrote this on UPS.com on the 24th "An emergency situation or severe weather condition has delayed delivery. / We've contacted the receiver to request additional information." No one contacted me period. I see the UPS trucks out making deliveries. I see the other delivery company's delivering on my lane. On Friday 1/27/17 I called and said I will go to the distribution center and pick up my package they have held hostage for a week. I was told my package would be available for pick up next Monday. WTF they cannot deliver it and make me wait three days before I can pick it up myself. The clerk at UPS still could not tell me when my package would be delivered. The status at UPS.com is now "Held for Future Delivery Requested". What does "Held for Future Delivery Requested" even mean? This is the worst customer service ever. I do not ship much but I will never ship via UPS.UPS

UPS - All ways deliver to wrong address

I live on a street with the name of Jeffrey Rd., and there is another road around the corner with the spelling of Jeffery Rd. This poor man who lives on the other Jeffery Rd. keeps bringing thing over that UPS Keeps sending to him instead of me. The problem is they aren't reading the name right. I feel sorry for this poor man bringing my orders over from UPS. I've called 5 times about it, talk to the same people and it continues to happen. I'm going on facebook and Twitter and going to blast UPS on both sites. I'm so tired of the wrong person getting my deliveries!!!!

I would rather go through a route Canal than use UPS Canada again. 1: Extra charges, no explanation why. 2: Return to sender, no effort made to contact sender or receiver. 3: Customer service. I think Hitler himself would be friendlier. 4: They rate a certain price, different price is charged on invoice. I ship over 100 packages a week, best company for Eastern Canada is Nation ex, then FedEx, and finally Canada Post for smaller packages. NEVER USE UPS!!!

UPS - Delivery to wrong address

For the last few months UPS delivery as been to my neighbor on the north, rather than to me as addressed. My neighbor has to bring me the package or if I get notification that its delivered and its not on my porch I have to go to their porch to look for it. MY house number is clearly on the house and on the mailbox. Their is no reason for the driver to deliver my package to my neighbor, nice as my neighbors are. I had to go out in horrible cold weather today and chase down a package. It really ticks (a better word than I am thinking) me off. Please have this corrected.. Just an FYI - This isn't UPS. This is a site for complaints and to let others know about your issues so they don't have the same problems, but UPS won't see your complaint here. I just worry about people who put their contact information on here - anyone could get it.

UPS has been very unreliable -- deliveries are late and no one can tell you what time of day the package can be delivered. Very poor service and Costco has too many restrictions where I can change to having a UPS store handle my package for pick up.

I HATE UPS!

I HATE COSTCO for its restrictions. You made me miss my son's 30th birthday and ***!

First they couldn't find my apartment, so my shipment was a few days late. Then I had another order coming in and they promised me it would be here before 7pm. Its now 8:40 pm and still no delivery. I need this order by tomorrow and if they do not deliver I not be happy. As it is I dont think I will use there service again . Ive even had clothes on all day in preperation for the delivery that never came
