Damage to my property

I am really pissed off at UPS I find UPS irresponsible for any damage they cause on your property I had a UPS truck deliver a item from a store, to my place and on the way out they cause damage to the corner of a gutter, I notified them on August 28 of 2020 they send me a case number and that was it, I am still waiting after 7 months and they dont take responsibility for it.

Package never delivered

I sent 3 package from a staples store in atlanta to my home in virginia. 2 of the packages were delivered, 1 still has not. It was shipped 12/11. UPS says the package made it to anearby warehouse but it has not been delivered. I called to make a claim and the customer service person told me that Staples had to make the claim to investigate! I knew it was a lie but called staples in atlanta to confirm. Which they did. So ups lost my package and lies about the investigation. I think they have no intention of trying to find it or pay a claim. UUse

The ups said I received some order, but I didn't. So I called, and I was very happy with the attention and care of the attendant to answer my questions and handle my problem. She was very professional I hope she can find my orders items. I just don't like when my orders is coming in so many deliveries.

Yet another lost shipment by UPS

Pathetic, but based on other reviews UPS simply doesn't care. If they did, they'd fix it. Like a lot of people, a friend shipped a box from San Angelo Texas to me in Houston Texas. That was 2 weeks ago. Where is it? Who knows. Tracking just says it's in San Antonio. Ridiculous. You can't ship something 300 miles without it getting "lost"?. Try contacting UPS? Pointless! No help, no assistance, no explanation. I have NEVER had this problem with Fedex, but it seems to be business as usual for UPS.

Best Buy promised a Friday Delivery. NO Contact. UPS makes fake claims on delivery. Will not answer the phone. Will no use again! Best Buy locks account and will not allow transaction canx. Nothing like talking to a machine!

Failure to deliver in a timely manner

Package shipped 3 day select on 12/28/2020. Package arrived in Tempe 12/31/2020 at 3:31 AM. UPS delivery date 1/4/2021. Why was this package not delivered on 12/31/2020. That would have been 3 days from the shipping date. I called and all they could say is "that package is scheduled for delivery on 1/4/2021. Time guarantees have ben suspended because of COVID19." That is a crock. The package was in Tempe and could have been delivered on 12/31/2020.

Driver left package in Mailbox

It is illegal for UPS to leave packages in the mailbox. On more than one occasion, UPS has left packages in my mailbox. Subsequently, the postal carrier removes them, and I've had to go to the post office to get them before they send them back. Is it too hard for UPS to train their drivers to not leave packages in Mailboxes?

Poor service in all aspects

The delivery service from UPS is the worst of any deliver service that is available to anyone using them for shipping services. They are very out date in their method of communicating that a packing has been delivered. I never receive any type of message from UPS when a package is delivered (email or text). I usually have to go to the website where I made a purchase and tracked it own to the distribution location. I often see a package sitting at a shipping location for up to 4 days, according to their poor tracking system. I have had previous experience where I was sent to various distribution locations to pick up a single package taking me several hours to locate my package due the lack of communication. They still operate as though it is 1985. In many cases I now call who ever I am making a purchase from and check to see if they are using UPS as their choice of shipping. If they do I apologize and let them know that I am not ordering from them due to the fact that they use the worst shipping company UPS. My most recent experience was with the delivery drive leaving my shipment at a UPS Access Point pick up location. I received no notification from UPS that the package had been brought to the UPS Access Point nor was there a note left on my resident door of my home. I have to the company web site where I made my purchase and track the location of the Access Point. The UPS tracker only told me the city of the Access Point. Fortunately There was only one Access Point in that city. UPS needs to get up to date with the way they operate. There is always competition that is bigger and better.

I'm being forced to pick up my packages at the terminal or use a friends address

I live in a very rural area. I understand that they don't want to go over unmaintained dirt roads even if I have a valid address.

With that said, the nearest terminal is 56 miles away from me. The nearest UPS store is 34 miles away. There needs to be a place for them to drop packages that is more convenient than traveling 56 miles to pick up my package. Ash Fork, AZ donly has 300 people in the town, but there are several thousand that live around the area.

They need to find or man a safe place to drop our packages nearer to where we live.

The sure ship does go to the post office, but not all packages can be sent that way. (No, we don't get mail delivery either.) I'm positive that I'm not the only person who dislikes that I can't use UPS because it is totally inconvenient when you work to travel over 100 miles to get a package.

User's recommendation: don't use this company if you live off the main road. They won't deliver and will send you packages back if you have a new address. Also, there is no working phone number to call them to hold the package until you can get there.

I feel sorry for the people who live in Pahrump, Nevada because their UPS stores has the worst service, the nastiest employees, lazy and unlikeable. Refuse to bother to look for packages and should be working for the IRS.
