this is the 3RD time I have not recieved my package in a timely manner. I even paid this time $8 for it to have a two hour window delivery time, guess what? it is now 2 hours PAST when it was suppose to arrive. Horrible mesquite UPS, always have problems with them, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! so fed up. what is the use in asking for it to be delivered in the timeframe when they never do it? you can't tell me that 3 times in a row they are hours upon hours late, last time was suppose to come by 3:15 and came at 730pm!! yep! so done

the worst company ever, fedex is slightly better. Just held my order forever and asked me to go somewhere 2hrs away from my house for pick up? Hm, you paying for my gas money? or transit money? Never tried or attempted to deliver my package then why did you keep lying on the tracking page. Now i am telling all my friends or some shopping websites, if you are shipping with UPS, sry, no business with you. I prefer local postal service, at least they did come by my house and tried to hand my package, not like a rude and unqualified company trying to rip off everyone for the service nobody deserves.

Ups - Delivery Service Review

I received a package delivered by UPS in the beginning of last November (it is now March). I will start by saying that it was VERY late. They also charged me $30 extra dollars at my door which they should not have. I paid this unexpected and poorly explained extra fee at my door at the time of delivery. Then today (again it is now March) I get a letter in the mail from a third party collections agency threatening me if I do not pay them $30 that I supposedly owe UPS. I called UPS thinking the letter was a scam and they informed me that the payment at the door last NOVEMBER didn't go through and therefore they had sent me to collections. They made absolutely NO attempt to contact me since November. They simply sat on the information and then sent me to collections. I admittedly do not send packages much but I can say with complete certainty that on the occasions when I do I will never use UPS.

UPS - Are they trained NOT to knock or ring the doorbell?

I don't get it. The UPS driver never knocks or rings the doorbell. There have been thefts in our area from people who follow delivery trucks and steal packages. We're retired and at home most days, all day, so all they have to do is knock or ring the doorbell and they can go about their business. It only makes sense and UPS could help curb any losses they might have to pay for in regard to package theft. I can't remember the last time a UPS driver knocked or rang my doorbell. I've complained on the UPS site before it it seems to have no effect even though UPS "reached out" to me and said they would pass this information onto the local office. Right. When given a choice I choose a delivery service that hires drivers that know how to knock.

Details
Placed order on a Thursday at 1:30 PM was suppose to be next day. I received notice that packed was out for delivery the following Monday and then changed to Tuesday at 7PM Monday night. Never had this issue with FedEx or USPS.

Details
Waited from 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. and guess what? No package! Call the local ups store, and guess what? It won't be delivered until 7! I could have did so much with my freaking day but instead I waited for nothing! Then the manager calls back (super rude) and says I won't get my package til 8! Like are you kidding me? I will be using Fed Ex from this point on!

I personally don't use UPS anymore, and I don't order anything needed for work through someone who does because of the negative experiences I've had. I can't remember a good one. An office in the same building as mine received a delivery by way of UPS. The driver was rude. Her "thing" was that all she was supposed to do was to deliver to this specific address, and that was it. Making sure it got to the right person wasn't an issue for her. It was a big order....quite a few boxes, and stacked on the 2-wheeler it was well over 5 feet. She expected to leave them with me...again, it was all for another department, and my goodness, did she get ever attitude when I asked who they were supposed to go. First she said she didn't know, that all she knew was that they were all addressed to our address. It wasn't until I got up from my chair to look that she then mentioned a name. When I told her that the person, and thus the delivery were upstairs, she didn't like that one bit. Honestly, I wonder what her supervisor would have said if she'd been heard. I got her truck number. It is 858710. She was "nice and sweet" when she came back down and was on her way out. Really, did she think I'd even bother? Someone speaks to you the way she did to me, you dont have the time.

RUDE driver, I mean RUDE.

UPS - Liers

We were expecting a package with our paycheck. It was sent it second day air so we would get it in time to pay our bills and live. Checked tracking and it said it was on the truck and being delivered yesterday (March 3) . It never arrived. Checked the tracking and they sent it back to Silverthorne, Colorado because of "weather". BS!!!! the weather was 45 degrees and the roads were dry. Heard from the carrier that this was they're out until the end of March to avoid overtime. It was on the truck and they drove it back 45 miles! What BS! Will NEVER use UPS Again for any reason and will make sure I tell everyone the reason and ask them to boycott UPS as well. You suck
