Beware of UPS Four Zero Four Ate too Ate 4900 UPS Corporate Customer Relations !!BEWARE OF UPS!! UPS has lied about a physical confrontation that never happened. A UPS driver came to our home to argue, NO DELIVERY AT ALL THAT DAY. There was no delivery scheduled driver came just to talk. UPS now refuses service, stay away from UPS employees they are trained to lie and protect the company. If there was physical interaction there would be an arrest. UPS spreads false information. If UPS does not deliver dispute your transaction and cancel your payment with your credit company. When ordering from vendors let them know that UPS has become a persistent problem and DO NOT SHIP UPS.

User's recommendation: Cancel your credit payment by calling your credit card company or online. Dispute the transaction citing UPS problems. If you need the order fast order another and do not have it shipped UPS. It is faster to cancel your transaction that let UPS give you problems. Get your money back fast cancel your credit payment when UPS causes you problems.

In the last month I have had 3 items shipped from QVC by UPS that have been lost in transit. Why is this happening and it is impossible to talk to a person without waiting for over an hour.

I have tried calling and it is a joke. Even after waiting on the phone for over an hour there is no help from anyone. I have even decided not to purchase anything that is delivered by UPS. Instead, I am buying from Amazon and Walmart! I HATE UPS!

Delivers my home packages to post office

Truck passes my house to take my package to post office causing my a 20 mile drive to pick it up. Driver delivers to my neighbors, the previous drive never did this. Ups won't let the receivers make a complaint

I have not received my package

UPS is constantly lying about me not being home. This is the second day that I have not received my package. I have been home all day! A slip was not even left on my door that confirms that they attempt a delivery. That's because they never came! I just want my package. This is frustrating! Unprofessional!!!

Unacceptable customer service

Called regular customer service number. Took me 10 mins in the phone tree and still could not obtain a live person. Could not get out of the phone tree because my reason for calling was not on the choice menu. Thus, I called the tracking customer service number. While explaining the reason for calling, the rep interrupted me and stated she was transferring me to customer service. She did not ask, she stated. While I was objecting to the transfer, Use the rep cut me off. Unreal how unprofessional your company is. All I wanted to do was to ask a simple question regarding the timing of a time sensitive delivery from a specific drop off site (not UPS store) in my small town. As of now I still have rec'd no answer from UPS. I hope you go out of business for being such a lousy company.

User's recommendation: Cancel your credit transaction, and you will be refunded quickly instead of waiting for UPS to fix anything. Have the shipper send the order another carrier your package will arrive faster than waiting for UPS to fix anything.

UPS has ripped us off for 3 years. If UPS holds your merchandise call your credit card company and dispute your charges citing UPS problems. Dispute transactions that are not fulfilled by UPS or the vendor. The best solution and fastest way to get your money back is dispute the transaction and your credit company with act fast. UPS in Apollo PA withholds packages. UPS has been holding our packages for 3 years and not delivering them. Most times UPS will return the package with no delivery attempts. Customers best bet is to cancel the credit payment as UPS offers no delivery alternatives. UPS is extremely unprofessional and over the 3 years we have many examples of the job not getting done. Look into UPS facebook and see how many people are having the same problem, most UPS reviews are of the bad service and problems with delivery. It is hard for people to do business when a company like UPS is involved, they take packages from the vendor and then do not deliver. This causes problems for the vendors and the customers and UPS is fine with that. I understand the job is very hard but their is a professional way to handle problems. We have had roughly 12 shipments not delivered or damaged due to these problems over the 3 years. We have actually asked to have our address removed from the UPS system so that they do not take our packages any longer. I have many emails from and to UPS over the 3 years, countless phone calls, and emails to many vendors about the same problems. UPS can either deliver the packages they are contracted to do. Or UPS should not be taking packages and not delivering. UPS has been wasting our time and money over 3 years. UPS taking packages and pretending to deliver is not good practice. MasterCard has been involved over the 3 years and has a record of each time UPS was the culprit in a return. For years we have heard every excuse and story from UPS about the poor service. We do everything we can not to ship UPS any more. But after 3 years of awful service and lost time and money, it really starts to get old. UPS needs to get with the program and just deliver. The US MAIL has a great new website that provides amazing detail for the customer. With the US Mail website you get an email with a scan of the mail and packages arriving to your location the day before they arrive. Paid for 3 day delivery and got 7 day

I paid for 3 day express shipping. The buyer got the package in 7 days. I asked UPS for a refund for the buyer. I was declined due to inclement weather. I couldn't even get a refund for the difference between 3 days and 7 days. This is poor customer service. Perhaps they should take into account the weather before they charge 3 day and deliver 7 day. I'm laid off and selling things to pay my bills. Thanks, UPS for sticking it to me. I'll use someone else next time.
