The driver dropped my package and broke it he ran to his truck before i could tell him

I recieved a package today the driver knocked on my door. I heard him drop the package on the por ch when i got to my door her was.running to his truck i brought my fragile package in the house and opened it to find it broken to pieces

Your charge for shipping is stupid ridiculous! You charge me $1,970.95 to ship two item weighting 305lbs about 300 miles. When I ordered these items, I paid $200.00 for shipping. Your UPS Freight person told me it was because I did not have an account. If someone had to pay $1,970.95 to receive these two items that cost $2,000.00 to buy for both they never would buy them. This is not right, needless to say I will never ever use UPS for any shipping again.

Left my neighborhood and went straight to predominately white neighborhood continued delivering well after 7:00 pm after making me wait 10 hours and never delivering my package

Purchased shoes from Zappos. Driver requires signature. I don't require signature nor does Zappos. Zappos contacted UPS -- they said they would take care of it, no signature would be required. Package delivered our home, not ours. Called local UPS was told they had nothing to do with that and to keep the package. Gave me an 800 number if I just didnt want it and arrange a pick up. That number is automated and i could not get a human to help. None of the automated numbers would work. Called the seller, they said it was typical UPS arrogance and we could just keep the package package as well.

Why can they not understand that I work for a living. Please just allow me to have my package held a a UPS store for pickup without charging me more than I paid for shipping in the first place. While I'm here, your phone tree is unacceptable. The only way to get a person is to cuss excessively and slur your words.

Tracking a package

Im 67 and have lived in a studio apartment in DOWNTOWN Las Vegas and Ive been a UPS/My Choice customer for decades. I received three UPS deliveries in 2021.

One I found when I opened my door to wait for the UPS truck. My second package was handed to me by a total stranger who said he saw it and tried to pick it up and knock on my door but he accidentally dropped it.

For my current package, I tried to log onto UPS.com but our info didn't match so I clicked I lost my password and I was asked the same security question they said I answered wrong, over and over until UPS fraud froze my account and locked me out. My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 3/12 but it was late (of course) and the driver didn't bother to update the website.

I couldn't do anything because I was locked out of MY ACCOUNT.

For 15 years, UPS came around 2 PM weekdays but on this Monday, at 9:5 AM, our UPS driver delivered my (20 pound) auto brake rotors to the rental office. I paid $14 for shipping and by 9:15 Monday morning and this UPS driver lied to a tiny office girl and dumped his job on her.

User's recommendation: Baby sit them and track every package. It didn't work for me and I'm tired of paying top dollar for them to do what ever they like. I won't order anything from any company that only ships UPS.

The driver came twice in one day and didn't deliver. Got out of his truck, opened the door, looked around and left. The manager of the local UPS called and said that he would be coming back this evening, and he did. Again, did the same thing! This isn't the first time, and I know, not the last.

Package Missing

for UPS "delivered" a ground package at 1pm(yeah, right), i got home an hour later and package wasn't there. No, it wasn't stolen. It was never delivered! I call UPS customer service, and no way will they connect you with a live agent. I filed a police report, and a claim with the shipper. Then went to UPS station 2 days later. I had to argue with 2 employees who refused to let me speak with a supervisor on a misaing package(why are they working there?). One of them had the gall to tell me she could do everything a supervisor could do, to which I replied, "if you could do a supervisor's job, you'd be a supervisor. After a 20 minute 20-minute I got the supervisor who told me how she wasn't responsible for missing packages, driver is not her department, package is delivered, yada yada. I told her I was sure UPS did not deliver that package, that UPS was the last point of contact, that maybe they should have live agents answer their phones sometimes and she nodded, obviously waiting for me to leave. When I told her I would return, the three wmployees all "groaned". I called the company that shipped my ammo, asked them if they can consider shipping my ammo any way other than UPS, they said, I don't get to decide. I then said, not ordering from you ever again.
