Ups - Vehicle Driver Review

The driver was a complete ***, no where does it say on my tracking form that i need a credit card at the door. My 4 year old said hello to the driver and asked him his name the driver replied my name is busy sont talk to me. What an *** a 12 bucks an hour altitude. Again what an ***. Also i had ordered the same package a year ago thru fed ex the brokerage fees were 26 dollars. Ups wants me to pay 77 dollars. Get *** UPS!

I ordered a small part that can fit in an envelope from the state, the part was $45 the shipping with UPS was $30 at the border they charged $37.85 that includes 5.75 in taxes and the rest are brokerage fees. i paid on Monday for my brokerage fees and I got a receipt by email saying I paid by Wednesday the delivery showed up 1/2 an hour earlier than my opening time and he refused to leave my package at my next door neighbour in the mail because he wants money that I already paid on Monday. This is very bad service by UPS and I will never buy from this company because they only ship with UPS. people smarten up there is a lot of good shipping companies out there?

The ups delivery service is terrible i don't get my packages because they say my home doesn't exist i have lived in the same 1 family home for 45yrs I have a contact number on file and ups doesn't even have that curiosity to give me a call there service is horrible horrible!!!!!!!

UPS NEVER calls people. why didnt you sit outside?

better yet why didnt YOU call them and ask what the hold up is. thats what customer service numbers are there for

The driver is not going to call you. Oh, and mark your house better.

No one cares that you've lived in this house for 200 years. Not every driver knows you and knows where you live.

Replace the faded numbers on your mailbox. Perhaps you would receive packages in a timely manner if you make it easy for drivers (who might not be familiar with the area) to find you.

UPS - Disappointed

So I ordered something online in regard to my kids and had it shipped next day air, I anticipated my order getting processed late in the day (I placed the order at 12:20 on 4/12, and it wasn't ready for pick up until 8:53 pm) however it was picked up the following morning and tagged "in transit" so I figured "ok, well it's going to be here Friday (4/14) at some point in time". Well, lo and behold Friday rolls around and nothing, even though the shipper sent a message promising delivery by 10:30 AM. Now there's an updated delivery date of Monday 4/17 for it. If I'm shelling out almost $40 for a package to be delivered the following business day, I fully EXPECT to receive it the following business day, and not the start of the next business week. I know all about the difference between business days, and non-business days, that's why I placed my order on Wednesday. This way if it did ship on Thursday I would receive it on Friday the very latest. Well, you live and learn, and I learned a little bit about reliability of UPS now, I'm going to stick with shippers that ship with FedEx since I've never had any issues with them in roughly 10 years of package delivery. Furthermore, their tracking system is MUCH more detailed than UPS's. Interestingly enough this isn't the first issue I've had with UPS, they delivered a surveillance system to my neighbor instead of to my residence, and also a pricey piece of audio equipment.

Ups/Oops showed my package on hand on at destination Tuesday. It was a select/ transfer to the post office. I called Ups because the package sat in the warehouse till Thursday /Friday. I called a few times to pickup instead. No call back, poor customer service all around. I know who I'll request not to use in the future. Thanks.

UPS in Concord, California - LAZY *** DRIVER

On 4/13, around 630pm, my neighbor came by the house to drop off a vehicle for me, I got the keys from him and then went upstairs to put on my shoes. 5 to 10 minutes later, I opened the garage and got the vehicle which was parked on the street in front of the house. I noticed a box near the door, made sense, I was expecting a package. What struck me as odd was, ups ALWAYS rings the doorbell when they deliver. The only time the doorbell rang that evening is when my neighbor came by. At 6:40pm I get text update, "your package was delivered" at 6:31pm. So he must have just missed my neighbor by a hot minute. At 7:20pm I receive another text that says "delivery attempted an rescheduled for 4/14 between 3:30pm and 7:00pm" TBC

I was expecting a package on the 15th of april once tracking my package I saw that it was coming a day early so ive been checking my status to see when it will arrive and I see delivered and put on front door there has not been no ups truck on my road so where did my package go I been waiting on it only to call customer service and for them to tell me that I have to wait an hour for someone to call me what the *** my event is tomorrow

Ups Vehicle Driver Review

Driver named Karanbelas did not even try calling my name on my building call box. Instead he slapped a sorry we missed you tag on the outside wall. I have no missed calls any time today on my iPhone phone log. Riviera beach is a 30 min drive for me & they would not call the driver to make him redeliver due to his terrible work ethics.
