Undelivered Package

Package was shipped by Best Buy, made its way all the way to the truck to deliver it, but as soon as he pulls up and sees the stairs he has to climb, driver files it as too heavy to deliver. Now I have to go to the warehouse to pick it up.

Don't USE UPS::::::::How when you pay for 3 Day shipping and it says it will be delivered on the 3rd day And then it is a whole week before The pk is delivered and then it says they don't know where the pk is.. will Never use UPS again...fed ex Thanks for nothing

Continual lack of good service

Over the last three years, my experience with UPS has been way below subpar. Their estimations of delivery dates and the lack of good tracking is deplorable. Just this week, I was supposed to be receiving a package from Georgia and it hadnt shown any tracking movement for three days. I contacted the shipper who sold the goods to me, and only , ONLY after they got back to me, did UPS give a concrete reason why the package was late! It was due to a train derailment! Now HOW DAMN HARD IS IT FOR UPS TO TELL ME WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED?

Time and time again...UPS fails. I've had issues with FedEx as well, but at least they are more informative in their package tracking info and provide regular updates.

Ordered an item which their tracking system says was delivered at our house yesterday evening, however nothing on the porch and we were even looking out for them and saw Amazon come deliver, but no UPS.

Filed a claim with them for missing package, and still haven't gotten a direct response. However got an automated response that says the package status was updated. Go check tracking now and it says "please check back tomorrow for updated delivery status". Well, we are leaving for vacation tomorrow, and it's obvious this package won't arrive in time.

Come to find out they didn't deliver to our house, but instead dropped it off at USPS mail distribution center to be delivered by our mail carrier at some point.

I selected UPS at checkout, not USPS since they are even worse the UPS. Why is UPS not delivering packages to recipients but routing through the US mail instead? Makes zero sense to me at all and am pretty irked. I will never use UPS again.

Ive had a package delayed for when its now five days actually three business days and all the people can tell me is a security issue, they informed me every day that its going to be the next day and its not. Outlaws money Ive lost time shipping fees as well and they are very expensive I want my products and at this point I will no longer deal with anyone that ships via UPS And I will no longer shipped through UPS either, I have several thousands of dollars in merchandise late, Im tired of it Im frustrated and Im mad as *** So if you are a new business owner do not and I repeat do not use UPS I am very unsatisfied and very very angry

I did not receive a package that UPS shows it delivered by dropping off on my porch. However, I did not get it. I tried to file a claim online, but it will not let me file a claim online and tells me to call 1-88*-742-****. I call that number and the auto attendant tells me to file a claim and will not let me speak to a live person. It sends me to dead end options and then hangs up on me. I try to email them, but the webpage does not allow me to do it.

The were paid for an air overnight before 10:30 AM delivery and failed to deliver at all

I sent an overnight by air delivery for a before 10:30 AM delivery. Not only did they not deliver it by 10:30 AM they have not delivered it at all and have given me no idea of when or if it would be delivered at all. It is not going to a rural area but to a large city in a southern state which happens to be the capital of the state. I do not see how they could have failed. The airport is about 25 minutes from the delivery. I gave up on the US mail, FedEx and now i guess i must give up on UPS. I suppose i am going to have to use a pack mule to get anything delivered delivered. youlocatrion.

Delayed delivery and lost packages

This latest issue is for a motorcycle delivery. It was scheduled for Friday, between 10am and 5pm.

So, I take off work, and reschedule things. Now, day of delivery, I get a call, roughly 8:30ish. Oh sir, your package won't make it today, sorry. But we'll reschedule it for ohh, uhhh, Monday or Friday..

Now, understand, these are "WORK DAYS" for people usually. So a reschedule of this is FAR out of the question, since I've already lost work. The lame excuse is the freight didn't leave Phoenix. NOW, let me explain a little about this.

THIS IS A UNION JOB. I AM A UNION WORKER, in the exact same union. There is "0" reasons for that order to sit in Phoenix. NONE.

If the truck breaks down, pull it out and repower it with another truck ON HAND. This is bogus. The lady, let's call her "Sheila", is simply rude and wants to give you the run around on the phone. UPS has been failing bad the last few years.

Before this they dropped my packages at different addresses in the area. There is NO POSSIBLE way to mess up the address. My town is tiny. The address for me is incredibly obvious.

IT STANDS OUT!!! Yet, these guys cant get 4 simple numbers to match? These are Teamsters, qualified, for this job. And yet can't match my number and street?

Come on now. I liked UPS, I used them for all my shipping, TILL NOW.. No more, if you can't get your act together, bye. I'll use someone reliable.

I'm still waiting on my motorcycle to arrive.

Probably in parts now. Sad and pathetic.

Broken item

The driver wrapped my brand new carburetor in a plastic bag due to rain and walked up to my gate that he could have just walked thru and just threw it halfway up my sidewalk and it broke the plastic choke handle. My wife yelled at him why he didnt just leave it by the gate instead of just throwing it. He smiled and waved at her and just drove off. What a jerk off. Jim Cope 352-400-****

I recieved a package today the driver knocked on my door. I heard him drop the package on the por ch when i got to my door her was.running to his truck i brought my fragile package in the house and opened it to find it broken to pieces
