Ups can not tell me where my package is

what? are you saying to give stars? i dont give any stars at all when i dont like something,thats the problem with this country giving stars for nothing

i ordered a package that got to my city on friday and when i called ups on saturday to find out if i could pick up my package instead of waiting until after the weekend to get my package,the woman at the closest ups store to my house said she could not locate my package and to call customer service so i did but customer service is closed on saturday.this makes no sense that i cant even pick up my own package because ups has no way to locate it in my own city.this must be why ups gave them selves a whole week to get something that was only 355 miles away. i used to be a over the road truck driver and i know how long it takes to get something somewhere,i drove all 48 states for 30 years,i do see any excuse for this espeacially if i want to pick up the package myself do you?

UPS - Pissed customer

I am indeed disguised about the unprofessional services of UPS, in Maryland. I had a package sent to me from an online store. They sent it promptly, but UPS delivery driver dropped off a package that required a proof of signature to a home in a city that is 30 min away to the wrong person. When I call the main customer service number, they gave me the round about answer, saying the organization will call me, but I received no call. I had to call numerous amount of calls just to get some form of a solution. Then they said we would do an eight-day investigation for their mistake to be investigated. Which was their fault why is there an investigation (confused)? I am completely done with this unorganized, unprofessional organization. Let's shut them down they have too many complaints about this issue. Maybe that will wake them. Let's not use their service and that will definitely will wake them up.

UPS in Dewsbury, England - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STILL HAVNT GOT MY PARCEL!!!!! BUSINESSES DO NOT USE

Have contacted UPS 4 times to get a parcel delivered which was urgent. 3 times i have been told someone will call me back. they NEVER EVER do - seem incapable of picking a phone up. Still waiting for parcel that was urgent for last friday!!! when delivery drivers arrive at this business they come through reception door and if recipient isnt literally sat in reception they just go "oh cant deliver and walk out again. no attempt to contact anyone in building despite have phone numbers and free phone in reception!!! Totally *** service - helpline great and polite - however do nothing and resolve nothing ans you end up phoning back the next day and the next!!! DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER - THEY ARE EXPENSINVE AND RUBBISH!!! Loads of other carriers which are slightly cheaper but you actually get your parcels!!! and they seem to have ability to deliver to a business and understand that all 300 employees are not sat in reception!!!!

UPS - Small business owner Loses another customer .

I lost one of my biggest Customer due to UPS saying my parts were out for Delivery. With no explanation my package was Left Behind and will not be delivered until Monday . Do to my 9 to 5 my Customer will have to wait one week for this project to be done. Sad....i will try to never use UPS again.

I feel sorry for businesses that lose money with UPS

UPS claimed to have delivered the item on April 26. UPS claimed it was left on the dock and signed for by FATH. We have no dock, and there was no one home. I requested a refund through Amazon, which I received. On May 3, UPS delivered the item. This time we were home, and the item was handed to a person in this household. UPS again stated the item was left on the dock, and signed for by FATH. The package obviously got lost in their system. I feel sorry for the sellers who lose money using UPS to ship their items. They pay for a service they are not getting.

My parcel was uplifted on the 18th in glasgow it was going to chile told it would be delivered on the 25th i phoned constantly on the 30th totaly messed about told it would be delivered on the 2nd then told on the 4th it was still in glasgow would be delivered on the 15th ...4weeks i payed £53 for it to be delivered in a week and will take 4 if it gets there ..absolutely disgusted will never use them again ..

I had two packages scheduled to be delivered on 05/02/2017. UPS claims they delivered them to my "back door", at 3:36 p.m.. Funny, thing is we were home and no delivery was made! I'm seeing this is a pretty typical story. My thought the driver either delivers to the wrong address or steals the package themselves. In any case you are supposed to PROVE, that these worthless *** didn't deliver it to you. PATHETIC! I shall never again have a product shipped to me via UPS, unless it is signature verified only and I shall never ship anything to anyone via UPS period. UPS lied to me, I was told the driver would be there by one p.m,

They straight out lied, I called and asked for a letter to be shipped to Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico, I gave them three days notice. They said it would be picked up on a Monday by one p.m, I called before two and I was told it would be done by three p.m. at the latest, twice now I was given a time. At four I called and was told.it had to be re-scheduled for pick up as it was too late. I said these papers were a Power of Attorney and if they were not delivered the next day as was promised, the house sale would not go through. A house sale! I was told I would get a call which I did and they sent a driver but the plane had left Calgary at five p.m. so it would.not be there on Tuesday for the closing, the bank and government were depending on these papers or the house sale would not go through. So because of UPS promising something they knew they could not deliver our house was not sold. A lawsuit would look good on them as this is not some love letter. They knew they weren't coming but did not even call us. If I had not called twice who knows when we ever would have heard from them. By not calling us we didn't even have the option of trying another company. We called Fed Ex, Purolator and DHL but we picked UPS because the other companies at least told us the truth and said they could not deliver the letter until four days from pick up...a house sale! Ridiculous! The reviews must be lies too because they said the same area we were shipping to had.never had any problems with getting there, such as Ajijic, even the Lake Chapala Society that we were members of said they had never had problems, which is why we chose UPS, do.not trust them. A house sale is a huge deal. When asked the worth of the package I said priceless as it was time sensitive and said exactly how important this envelope was ....they lost us almost a hundred thousand dollars! We want restitution! Plus the money paid to the Mexican Consulate, the interpreter, the buyers can sue us, the real estate agents, the lawyers, etc. This is not a joke! Don't ever use them and don't ever trust what they tell you! You will be sorry.

I am a UPS employee and we are anything but lazy. Ninety-nine percent of UPS employees are hard-working, kind, and ethical people.

However, we are human and mistakes sometimes. But (I am speaking of the majority of our employees) we come to work every day and respect the packages and customers we service.
