UPS - Damaged item and package

I sent a pair of car speakers for some reason they kept saying that delivery attempted but my cousin was home all day and never got a knock on the door. Then after 4 attempts they get sent back to me and the package was damaged so were my speakers and it was not in no way the condition I mailed them in. also I added the insurance and now they say claim doesn't qualify due to the packing that was used which was shrink wrapped and empty water bottles also they say I used an old box. Which the lady at ups clearly saw the condition on the packing when I dropped it off and she offered to ensure. Bunch of non sense.

UPS - Irreplaceable personal item never delivered

In April 2017, a water taxi service found my MP3 player (likely stolen from my luggage) in Florida and shipped it to me via a UPS Store. The player was NEVER delivered to my home in Crystal, Minnesota. Contacting a live person at the UPS delivery service was extremely difficult, and when I did make contact and provided the tracking number, they could offer no details of what they did to "investigate" what happened to my player. It took weeks and weeks of hounding them until they finally said they would send a check. The files on my player are irreplaceable at any $ amount. Four months earlier a UPS driver delivered a box of oranges to our delivery bin outside our home on the coldest day in Minnesota. He never rang the doorbell, and we did not discover the oranges until two days later. They were like rocks. I contacted UPS and they did nothing, not ever an apology.

I got my products back. It so happens UPS never did call the FAA, I called them and made them aware.

They inspected by photos sent in emails and determined by boxes were not labeled for air shipment, I did label them for ground so they said they had nothing to do with it. It still took 2 days to actually get my boxes because of UPS paperwork but I did just last night.

UPS - Late delivery and charged for overnight

Details
I paid for overnight so I could get my package sooner. Well now im 2 days and still no package. At this rate thinking regular postal would have been better and cheaper. The costumer service us worthless and the online tracking is a joke. Waisted two days waiting at home for this package and have made several calls and emails with no results. This will be my last time paying extra knowing they dont put you on a priority list.

UPS runs till 9pm at the latest. coming at 8:06 is not that unsual.

some items i got at 7pm, some i got at 3pm, some i got at 5pm. residental deliveries are not priorities unless its over night shipping and is due at a certain time. thats when its up on the priority list. u got your item that night so what does it matter?

at least you got your item.

8:06pm isnt even late. Midnight is late.

UPS in Port Richey, Florida - Withholding needed medication for 3 days from senior citizens

We are over 60 with numerous serious health conditions. Our medications come from our mail order pharmacy right to our door via UPS so we don't have to travel to the pharmacy and stand in line to wait for them. UPS sends us a 4 hour window for our delivery time in our email, and then delivers it an hour early on Friday afternoon, then refused to deliver it later that day, leaving us without our medication for the entire weekend! Their idea of resolving this was to tell us to drive 30 miles round trip to their office after 8 pm to pick it up ourselves. They waited until 5 pm to return our call, the supervisor told me she was sorry but the driver was laid up and the sub came early, I shouldn't go strictly by their estimated delivery time, they don't really mean anything. Does this sound similar to the airline *** or what? They make up their own rules as they go? To top it off, we were watching the 6pm news and they said a UPS driver was caught on tape running over a woman's dog and killing it, and kept on driving. They told the news he didn't know it happened yet refused even an apology to her. What is wrong with this picture?

UPS - Didn't ring doorbell AGAIN !!!

Two packages left on a rainy day without ringing the bell or knocking on the door. Contacted company and they can't even get the message straight. When they called back they thought it was lost packages. It's like nobody at UPS gives a darn about customer service starting from the CEO and all the way down to the lazy delivery people who are too lazy to even ring the doorbell. Thousands of on-line complaints on more web sites than you can count and they still don't give a darn. Why? Because nobody has the power to hold them accountable. Only Congress could do that and the lobbies make sure that doesn't happen. I bet if my name was Donald Trump the doorbell would get rung. I'm to the point where I cringe when I see the delivery method is UPS, but to be fair, the Postal Service and FedEx are no better. It's just so frustrating I want to SCREAM.

Had a package to be delivered to my house was expecting package on Saturday waited till Monday no delivery , called ups was told package was delivered on Friday to the back porch???? Not my porch ... 3apartments in this unit called ups was told the package should not have been taken to back porch without being noted on the delivery receipt . Next 2 packages called ups at Dubois pa. Terminal talked to Jamie and Andrew on each occasion told them to tell driver to deliver package to front porch was told they would tell driver to deliver to front porch , guess what..... back porch. Filed complaint after 3 days no response finally an e mail from Andrea l. If I wanted to file a complaint with corporate send a letter ( snail mail? )

UPS - Lost my package and then blamed me

My fiance sent me a birthday package from Texas. I get an email that it had been left at my front door. I go to check and there is no package. No note. Nothing. I live in a sketchy area in an apartment building. I call ups and the lady takes my phone number and tells me a driver will do a follow up. Next day arrives and I don't get a call. I call ups again and am told that he showed up, didn't see me and then left. Also, that my package is missing because I didn't select delivery instructions on my UPS choice account. I am now told I have to wait until MONDAY for another follow up. Basically just to tell me where he left my package. I ask the lady on the phone why I was not contacted and she was very rude. "Okay so he's just gonna sit around and call you when he can just look for where he left the package, is that what you want?" Let's just say I got off the phone in tears. I will not be able to see my fiance for a very long time. (He's stationed far away from home.) This was my only memory to hold onto until I see him again probably next year. I will NEVER ship through UPS ever again.
