9:30 AM Saturday delivery "Out for delivery" changed to "Delivery will be rescheduled." for Monda. Called to find out wtf is happening. Supervisor #1 promises to call me back within 1 hour to update me.
11 AM, no phone call from UPS. Supervisor #2 tells me now it's too late for me to even pick up my package, but will find out what happened and promised to call me back within 20 minutes.
11:30 AM, no phone call from UPS again. Agent says everything is closed.
11:31 AM. Head is bleeding where the wall hit it.
Supervisor #3 tells me that BOTH supervisors put in their notes that they tried to call me back, but "nobody answered" which is now dishonesty on top of incompetence. I inform the supervisor that ALL of these events were recorded automatically and they can have them to fix their problems. Supervisor #3 has no interest in them or getting to the bottom of how this many people could be so incompetent.
Unfortunately, that means that if you're reading this, you're next.
9:20 AM Monday - Still don't have my package.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
