I have had 3 packages delivered through UPS. Well, I shouldn't say delivered, as they never are. Rather, the drive claims to attempt delivery 3 times for each package, but never leaves an info notice. Today he is 0 for 9 over three packages.

I have complained to their local office, I have called Amazon and told Amazon never to ship me anything with them again.

(Amazon is helpful in they mark your account as preferring FedEx over UPS so it is at least less likely UPS will be the delivery company. I highly recommend this step, if enough people complain Amazon may change.)

Now I spoke to a guy who claims to be the head of the local office, after he refused to give me contact info for the person above him.

We'll see what happens, I suppose.

To add to this, I have seen one of their drivers, probably the one who is supposed to deliver to me, sitting in a parking lot in the truck for over 2 hours. I guess he has a lot of spare time, as he isn't really attempting to deliver things anymore.

Monetary Loss: $150.
