SHIPPED out printer from fl item was dropped and broken ...filed a report with the shipping store with pictures ...nothing ...item comes back to me ....i recycled it .day later they come to my house to pick it up ..never told me to keep it or it was coming back to me ...never bother to call me ..i call the store ..said they should of checked it and send it to the store ...but seeing they didn't ..i lose ..felt like I was use and taken advantage... My package was stolen before even reaching the ups access location. Package was open & replaced with another item. The best amazon could do is give me a refund to order more printer ink

I order a package 11/26/16 from Texas and I live near Auburn, AL. The package barely weighs two pounds and ups accidentally damaged it, then lost it. So the company I bought from shipped another package for me for free. The second time the package went further but once again it ended up lost and is under investigation. Ordered a tire so that I could resume driving my car to work. Package arrived at local UPS center where it still (apparently) is lost now eight days later. Daily call, daily promises to resolve and no resolution. No offer to make good, can't even file a claim. Some *** UPS delivery guy was somehow late and screwed up the delivery date. It came a day late and really made me mad. Next time UPS says a certain delivery date, they should follow through and deliver it on the date they say.

after first failed delivery attempt, I spend 30 mins talking to a representative, CONFIRMING THE ADDRESS is CORRECT, they MADE me to go to this access point and figured out there that my package is NOT THERE the next day. They KEPT it at the customer center because they are thinking still thinking it's at the wrong address. WTF.

My package is stuck in San Pablo, Ca. No explanation given other than operation problems and my delivery will be delayed. No idea of when, which is bad because I need to arrange to be here. I see that many consumers has the same problem which is bad up to the holidays. I live in a big apartment building that UPS can't always get into therefore they'll take my package back to the nearest store for pickup next day... however when they do get into the building on most occasions they have just left my package outside of my suite without even a knock on the door. Other times I havent been home and my package is left there for hours.. easy for anyone to steal if they wanted to but at least it's on my floor where... Read more

I have had numerous problems with UPS deliveries. Their drivers are either blind or simply don't care as they consistently leave my packages at the home next door. My house is clearly marked on the front and on the curb yet these nitwits continue to leave packages at the wrong address. On one occasion they dropped my package over the wall behind the trash bins.

I was told my important package would arrive and I stayed home all day waiting. I called several times and was told it was en route. Then told it was still in the facility. Then again they told me ot was en route. End of day I called again it was still in facility. Now Im told to wait all day again the next day. Im missing important appts to wait on ups. They just lied and Im pissed off. Ill never ever use ups again. Read more
