BOYCOTT UPS, I am shipping with this company for over 10 years and I am simply done with them, I will not ship a pin with UPS ever again and if I receive a package from them I will open the package and make sure nothing is broken before let the driver go.

This company has a team of monkeys that are working hard 24/7 trying to figure out how to suck the customers and employers blood until the last drop using dirty tactics...UPS, you WILL FALL with those practices.

"AUDITS"

Every bill now have their "audit" in sizes and weight, they will ask for more money if your package is 1" more than what you wrote, but they are the ones creating the "extra" inches by loading the trailers to the roof like retards, heavy packages on top of light packages...I see this everyday as my business is next door to UPS Hub. So, you have a standard package from Uline with 12 " diameter right?.....after the UPS monkeys handling the packages they will smash the package to 13" or 14", so, they not only are damaging your package but also will CHARGE YOU for more money because you had 12" and their lasers measured 13". This is SICK!

Calling their customer support is a joke, you will get a monkey (literally) in Atlanta that will be rude and helpless, clearly they are not happy answering the phone, because they are lazy and underpaid.

"UPS INSURANCE" is a fraud, you pay for Insurance but they say it is NOT an insurance

So, I sent a 80 lbs package fully insured, the cardboard rated for 300 lbs, well packed like all other 11 I had shipped before...well, someone dropped this package from a good height and seriously damaged the contents.

Receiver send me the photos, the content (metal made box shape industrial appliance) was all dented in THREE SIDES what means that the box not only was dropped but also rolled on its sides...Ok, bad things happen, start the dreaded UPS Claim, the only thing that it is fast is the automated messages saying that they received the claim.

They sent a clown to look at the package..."the same driver that delivered it, joke huh?" ........after days, they just declined the claim saying the old excuse..."it was not packed well".

So, I get an UPS monkey in the phone from the Claim dept (1-80*-651-****) and I asked why they did not approved the claim if it was FULLY INSURED?

She flat out told me.......UPS ------DOES NOT OFFER ANY INSURANCE------ what you paid is for the "STATED VALUE"......what means, they call it "Insurance" but is not........the only way they "may" pay something is if the package gets lost, but if it gets damage....there is NO INSURANCE, EVEN IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT!!

Would be like, you buy car insurance.....you are involved in a crash, the Insurance company will tells you, We will not pay anything because your rear bumper was not strong enough.....a plain RIP OFF by UPS.

I spoke with the local UPPS Hub Manager about having so many lost and damaged packages lately and she told me in my face......we cannot keep a night time team here, "the kids" come here, work 3 or 4 days and quit, we have new people here everyday (literally people from the street as they don't even have time for background check) they are there to load the trailers only with part time check from UPS.......She even told me, stop putting stickers like

"please handle with care - Fragile" because I have seeing kids being rough with those packages .........bottom line is, they pay the minimum they can pay, the work is hard and anyone can make more money working on WallMart under Air conditioner AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY CAN'T KEEP A GOOD CREW?

UPS = GRIDDY = SCAM = RIP OFF

12 inches is inside measurement.

The boxes are measured using the otside of the box, so 13 inches is correct.

If the box is really stuffed full and has bulge 14 inches is possible.
