It really sucks to deal with UPS, i sold an item on ebay for $81.00 and buyer said it is defective and i asked him to ship it back for refund, after i already paid to ship it and going to refund the $81.00 now i got the BROWN coming to my house with the package and asking me for $30.45 and i refused, i called UPS and told them it is a return and i should not be charged but do you think they give a sh.... no they don't and asked me to pay it, ask the shipper to pay it or send it back!!!!!! Now how do you think we Canadian look to Americans, they can easily call us crooks and sob's.

How come US people do not get charge when i ship to them but we do even if it is for damaged or DOA....think about it!!!
