UPS driver failed to deliver a parcel containing equipment for my work stating that they had the wrong address. A blatant lie. I repeatedly phoned UpS throughout the day to get them to deliver the parcel. No luck. It was supposed to be delivered today however the message on their website was that it was being held in their warehouse and would be delivered the following day. Why? No good reason... Read more

UPS lost my iPhone 5 replacement in their own store. It has taken them 3 weeks and the phone is still not delivered. The Sprint has to order another replacement of the replacement. Again to be delivered 2days air and nothing! I still have to pay my cellphone bill when I haven't used the phone, which is their own fault! I've been fighting with UPS since March. They too were charging us more than was stated on our software. I informed my rep that I would not pay ( just over $3,000) the bill until the credit was received. He came to our business, agreed it was their mistake and told me he'd take care of it...never did. Recently my husband passed away and the funeral home sent me a 16x20 photo of him clearly marked. Handle with care Fragile. It was thrown on the porch floor during a rain with my lab dogs lying on The porch. Luckily it didn't get ruined but it could have. UPS - Failure to honour delivery advice

I tracked my shipment. Informed me of early delivery on Saturday. I waited for the whole day. No delivery. Ended up, they rescheduled to original delivery to Monday. 1- Billing Charges. Using THEIR shipping software our company inputs the information for the shipping and the program prints out a shipping label and gives us our cost for that package to be shipped. When the billing came the charges were usually more than what their software would state our cost was at the time it was generated. Just a note---Software updates for the program were almost done... Waited for delivery of package from UPS. Saw them drive down the block where l live. Didn't get package delivered. Its now Friday. Will l have to wait til Monday? No delivery on Saturday.
