I am not happy with this company. Spent $97.00 shipping a package to our son. The condition of that was was so beat up and things broken inside. I like to know why the workers handle the packages in a *** poor manner. I refused to use this company again. A family heirloom was broken along with other things. I gone this company a F- rating. UPS appears to have no concept of "service". I ordered a product-and paid for expedited delivery on the shipper's part (30 dollars) and for "guaranteed five day ground service" delivery (guaranteed both by the seller and by UPS' own website). Ordered flowers for my wife to have them sent to her job. Tracked it and said it was delivered at 11 am. Here it is 7 pm and no package and best they can do is say they will review it and if they find it try to redeliver tomorrow. She wont be there. They dont understand anything. Add comment

I depend on UPS for delivery of my son's medication. There has been one incident where I waited hours for the package that comes the same time on the same day every month & it didn't show. I know it is standard practice to hire the handicapped but did UPS have to hire all of them. They are the most frustrating uneducated speciums I have ever encountered. Ups distroyed the contents of my package and refused to acknowledge poor handling and would not cover repair costs. Obvious handling problems. I will never use ups again. Add comment

I shipped 5 boxes via UPS Canada to California, 4-6 days guaranteed shipping. Yes, my shipment was held in customs a couple of days, but on Feb 2 it left Holden, IL (24 hrs drive to destination) but it took a further 2 days to arrive!! I have no idea how they still stay in business with the way the 'handle' things. They lie and just don't deliver unless you pester and pester and pester. Out of 10 deliveries I've had with them they managed to screw up every single one. It's like they do it on purpose, I can't comprehed how someone can be so unorganized and inadequate.
