I ordered 'Well Stationery Cards' for my wedding for my guest to sign. I received the other two packages except this one. With the first two packages I ordered, they attempted to delivery to me in person BUT because I work, they ultimately delivered at a near by UPS store (which I was appreciative of). I moved to Miami from Toronto a year ago and I had my parents ship out a total of 6 boxes I had packed with my personal belongings in it. They made it all the way down south with no issues. The five of the six boxes arrived in time. The driver tells me that my sixth box (total sum value of appx $14k) will be coming on the following business day (being Monday since my boxes got delivered Friday). This is the absolute worst company in all of man-kind. They have disgusting customer service!!! Like how can you work at a ups store and you don't even know the basics of the English language?!? They clearly do not care for their customers and are all about the money. This useless company also has a delivery system that is just horrible!!! They are very inflexible with delivery. I had to call Mcm and UPS back and forth because UPS has no idea what they are doing. One gentleman helped me greatly by letting me know the eta for when my package would arrive the next day a different dude says that he isn't able to do that. They are not trained very well and will tell you one thing and someone will tell you something else. You go on their website and see their slogan for ease of mind on... Read more

customer service is the worse the don't help they don't care...the drivers are horrible..it's the worse company. when you call them and try to get your problem solve they never do anything...i lost so many packages that were deliver (supposedly) to the wrong address... i never got all my money back i was paid only partially....other packages were send back....i have lost so much money and business customer service is the worse the don't help... i might as well add my name to this list of unhappy customers. i had a cheque sent out to my business and after waiting till 7 pm it never arrived.after speaking and waiting another day the agent told me package has been lost and an investigation has started and will take up to 8 business days.i couldn't wait that long so i got the shipper to cancel cheque and reissue another.they were gladly able to do that and even sent it overnight express to... I'm wondering why two packages approximately the same size 2 pounds 6 pounds are leaving from Tennessee to California one comes here direct the other one heads north and takes a 2000 mile detour how can this happen?why were they not sent together ?when I asked one of your representatives for an explanation believe me it was extremely *** poor!

the terrible service continues. lies on friday,worse lies on monday and now rude people and more lies on tuesday. in my 60 years i have never come across such *** as i have with ups. leaves me no choice but to cancel this package and locate a different supplier who uses a courier that is reliable. BEWARE OF UPS. THEY SUCK BIG TIME

this is a terrible delivery service. all they do is lie and make us frustrated. customer service is even worse. i am not surprised to see 4 thousand plus complaints with only 12 resolved. very shady company. bunch of lying sons of ***. my company will never ever use this low life delivery service again. alot of these complaints are to do with Rogers.
