I know it is standard practice to hire the handicapped but did UPS have to hire all of them. They are the most frustrating uneducated speciums I have ever encountered. Ups distroyed the contents of my package and refused to acknowledge poor handling and would not cover repair costs. Obvious handling problems. I will never use ups again. Add comment

I shipped 5 boxes via UPS Canada to California, 4-6 days guaranteed shipping. Yes, my shipment was held in customs a couple of days, but on Feb 2 it left Holden, IL (24 hrs drive to destination) but it took a further 2 days to arrive!! I have no idea how they still stay in business with the way the 'handle' things. They lie and just don't deliver unless you pester and pester and pester. Out of 10 deliveries I've had with them they managed to screw up every single one. It's like they do it on purpose, I can't comprehed how someone can be so unorganized and inadequate. Twice I have waited all friday day for UPS email notified deliveries only to have them not show up. The ups web tracking placed the highly insured package on the truck and out for delivery at 5:30 am friday morning. Ups just deliever in a front of a diffrent door apartment so all my items got stolen ,great experience,after 3 days of reattempting to get the items with unpleasant and unproffesional stuff ... Very dissapointed if i can i 'll avoid ups for sure Add comment

Sent an email to me telling me package will be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 pm took off work at noon got home at 12:15, they tried to deliver at 12:09 will try again Monday . UPS called me in the afternoon and told me my package would be ready to pick up between 8pm to 9pm at Menlo Park Center. I got there around 8:20pm.
