On 06/29/2016 at about 1:30 pm, While waiting for a parking spot in Bridgeport shopping center this UPS driver started yelling from his truck and cursing at us to move. Clearwater UPS - FAIL. Clearwater is a small town of 2331. The UPS received a package for us as of Jun 15/16. At no time did the UPS store pick up the phone and call to let us know that the package had been delivered to the UPS store. I went in to theUPS store on 87th and lower buckeye to scan some papers at this location and was charge $2 dollars for the first page and $1 for every page after that, at the FEDEX store that I usually go to I just have to pay for time on the computer 3 or 4 dollars at the most, but that this location they scan your documents from behind that counter and then they have to e-mail them to you. I paid a lot of money to overnight a package to someone in Colorado Springs on June 17th. UPS randomly and for no logical reason totally changed the address (even a different zip code) and delivered my important package to some other address. I shipped an $890 car part via UPS at a $216 shipping cost. The part was damaged in transit. It had all kinds of chips and cracks in t; looked almost as if someone was throwing it around. I filed a claim with UPS as soon as I found out. They initially rejected the claim without even asking many questions. I immediately filed an appeal. They approved the appeal, but for only for $100. Terrible experience with UPS. Paid for a parcel containg three bottles of maple syrup and three loaves of malt bread to be sent from Ontario to Alberta . 2 day delivery. The parcel never made it out of Ontario. I was eligible for the postage refund because it was not delivered within the specified time. This isn't the first time this has happened and I think it is ridiculous! When packages are delivered to customers the delivery guy should ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let the customer know that their package that they ordered has arrived. I witnessed it with my own two eyes a few days ago. I was visiting my neighbor and the UPS guy walks up to my house and tosses the package on my porch. I was furious when I seen this! That really... Dealing with UPS is like they are the customer and you're the service provider. Becky at the N. Main street store in Joplin Mo. is the customer service person I had the pleasure of dealing with on 6-22-16 when my Amazon package wasn't left at my property the 21st.
