UPS delivered to early even though they where told to deliver after a specific time. The customer services wouldn't give me the local depot number to collect or request them to call me or forward my details to them. Their automated service will not let you speak your answers. It is a really bad service. The big brown vans look impressive but they are just big turds delivering a stinking service.... Read more

I have an expressed written submitted request for "signature only delivery with UPS. UPS is NOT to leave a package without my signature! Today for the 3rd time in 2015 UPS has left a package on the premises WITHOUT the signature, at risk & exposed to theft, without my being home!! The UPS drivers were seen driving up and down our streets all day long and than wait to deliver my package at 9pm what gives with this ***? They bang like they are trying to bust my door in and than when I go to answer door find out they left my package way at the end of my driveway for someone to steal. I was told by Native instruments that they couldn't change the delivery address so they told me to contact UPS immediately after the shipping notification which I did and after many requests to UPS ,all they told me is that it wasn't their company's policy to change the address. I stayed home all day today to wait for a package. At around 4:00 pm, I logged into UPS My Choice and saw that at 3:21, an attempt was made to deliver, but recipient was unavailable. Hello?
