DO NOT USE THIS COME ANY An pick up service was scheduled from 9am-7pm they didn't arrive because they went to the wrong address. I called them up on Dec. 11th to get an 18lb parcel from Edmonton Alberta to Whitehorse Yukon. They quoted me $40.70. When the bill came it was $130.14. I disputed it and they just keep saying that they don't quote over the phone and that the fellow must have mistaken my destination. UPS delivery guy claims that he made 3 attempts to deliver package, cameras show he came only one time & did not bother to go to 3rd floor (I live in a condo apartment) & just left the yellow infoNotice note. Bad service on multiple occasions- just got aggravated enough today to leave a post on UPS. Schedule for next day deliver. Tracker says my package is on the truck with a delivery time of "before 8pm". Have been home all day ( Two door bells and 2 dogs) no UPS , no door bell no dogs barking. Ordered part for my saw. Paid $10. 00 for UPS shipping, UPS handed it off USPS and now I wait and wait. Never was I told this would happen. $10.00 what a rippoff Add comment

Ups came to my apartment and didn't even use the buzzer for my apartment, and left a not saying that I have come pick it up from them because I wasn't there to get the package from them. It was almost like the expect you to be outside wait for them so the don't have to put any effort in to delivering your package. Add comment

Don't complain, there's nothing worse than the US post office, they have lost my bank checks sent by certified mail, they have opened my credit card deliveries and otherwise suck to high heaven , they should be shut down and fired.i finally had to file a complaint with the FBI for mail fraud, Piughkeepsie NY is the worst. I opened up a business account with UPS. My first to pick up shipments have been nothing but a nightmare! Two weeks in a row, they missed picking up my shipments. I spend over 8 hours in 4 days with agents and their supervisors. I finally, delivered the packages myself.
