I sent an electronic circuit board back to Belgium for a warranty repair. The custom documents clearly showed this but Customs charges were added to the package. UPS is a horribly incompetent and substandard company. This morning I was to have a package delivered from my cell phone carrier, sent Next Day Air Saver. no reason why they kept taking parcel back to depot but they do, everyday. and no apologies. so i have no allergy milk for my 4 month old twins so life is pretty nightmarish for me. i've called several times but they just don't care and keep saying we'll do it tomorrow. i'd never use them again. really they are the worst. Ups text me 23/10/2014 to let me know my package was On its way from Tamworth , next text no one in not able to deliver at 9.28 . I have full CCTV system fitted to my house and after reviewing there was no ups deliverys I was waiting inside so why do these company's still operate as customer focused .tamworth hub Add comment

Ordered an expensive item. Got a tracking number three days ago. Go to UPS website to track package. The message on their website says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." I would hate to see what happens to my package before it gets to my door because my driver didn't seem to care that I could be home to hear the ridiculously loud thump that was my package hitting my door. I figured, oh well, it's a cutting board, a big piece of wood. What harm could be done? But no, the driver threw it so hard at my door that it put a rather large gash on the edge of the board.... Apt info was missing from a pkg I sent, my fault. I tracked the pkg, it said they were trying to get updated address info. No one contacted me.
