A relative of mine sent her priceless and irreplaceable antique China to my husband and me. The boxes that came in were banged up pretty bad. When we opened it, we saw that a portion of it was broken. The box said fragile on it, and it was all wrapped up in bubble wrap and duct taped. The worst service, Kamal badly lacks professionalism and customer service. yells and screams at his customer's and employee. This guy who owns the place is very friendly. The negative reviews I'm reading are absurd. This place is highly transactional as it should be. Got card for dental work in 2013 and paid off completely. Now in 2015 went back to the same dentist and explained to the nurse to check the card prior to scheduling my appointment and she said that she got confirmation that it was still good even though a few years had passed surprisingly the card was still good. Package due today was marked office closed, deliver after holiday. I was at the office during the time they "attempted" to deliver. After 4 phone calls, no call back, went to terminal. Finally was told this is a tool they use before holidays to lighten the workload. Told my package would be delivered at 12:40 or 1:20 today by Kim a dude in the Philippines Delivery at 6:20 this is absurd and CSR is horrible who also said I must have talked to someone in the Philippines. Why did I pay extra for two day shipping you might ask? Maybe because I needed my package in TWO DAYS. However after multiple delays, my package came in 5 days late. That would've been great had I chosen standard shipping and not had a time constraint. But I did not choose standard shipping. (Which I might add, would have been free!) I paid $30 for overnight shipment and somehow my package was sorted wrong and now I have to wait an additional two business days for my package and of course the company will not refund me the $30 being that it was not their fault. 2 deliveries was rejected by saying that its no access to the building, which is not true. 3 more deliveries was on hold for same reason and almost went back.
