I ship with UPS almost daily. I do warranty work for another company and ship on both their account and my own. While using my own account, I shipped an item to a customer of mine. It arrived in a damaged condition so I promptly filed a claim. I had paid for $1000.00 of insurance and I estimate there was $375.00 worth of damages. They have the worst customer service. They charged me the 40 dollars on the my choice premium account i cancelled a year ago on the card that was removed from the account after I signed up with them. I called and was told I would have a refund in 3 to 5 business days. 5 business days went by and no refund showed on my credit card. So I called again and was told that the first person Screwed up... I was home when the UPS truck came. I never heard the bell, no knock. Saw the truck pull away with a card left on my door to go and collect the package. ( I don't drive and have a bad leg). I called UPS number they told me they will try to reach the driver and call me back. No call, I called three times and I got the same story. No call back, no ups man, no package. Arranged a scheduled collection for Monday 22/9 between 11am and 3pm. Received e-mail confirmation with collection reference number and waited and waited and waited. Nobody turned up so rang UPS only to be told that there was no record of this collection even though I had confirmation and a reference number. This service is absolutely appalling. T-Mobile shipped my iPhone 6 as an overnight shipping and it was supposed to come on Friday at noon. No one showed up on friday, so we thought they would come on Saturday, after waiting for 3 hours at home, we left figuring they won't show up. I tried to send a parcel of gift items to family in Canada. I labelled the box correctly and supplied all the correct customs paperwork. On tracking the parcel a few days later I find it's been delayed due to "missing paperwork". Tried to put this right only to find the parcel is now missing. They are now trying to trace it which can take up to 8 working days. Personally don't hold out much hope... Read more

I just made my 4th call and cancelled my 2 iPhone 6 plus orders due to their lack or organization of my orders. I ordered 2 within minutes on the 12th and only 1 phone was processed. I made 4 calls and finally after frustrations and Indian speaking people trying to assist me, I just cancelled the order. Ups is garbage. They told me my package which required a signature would be at my home, not a business by 5 pm. They came at 11 am and no one was there due to there tracking service. We have a long driveway, Ups seems to have a lot of excuses of why they can't come up my drive .#1 there is to much ice #2 to much snow #3 to hot # to cold #4 trees need trimmed . So they just leave my packages tied to my paper box,I can not see the box from my home,anyone can just take it. Our drive is always plowed when there is snow,Trees were trimmed back. The idiots said my zip code was wrong, even though I live across the street from the post office and receive mail every day! So they pulled an OLD address off the internet that is 65 miles from my home to send it to.
