I mailed two boxes of china to my brother for The UPS store at 7111 W. 151st. Overland Park, KS 66223; upon receiving the boxes my brother discovers all the plates are broken. He files a claim with UPS, and after taking multiple pictures and send them to UPS he doesn’t receive any follow-up. I shipped boxed thru ups grounds on june 7 i only got 4 and i never recieved the rsy of my boxes wiyh ally belongs. I email them back to back i call investigation and nothing Is the end if august 2016 i still have not gotten anything resolve.

My work supplies where late. I called the company to see about tracking the package. Ive been receiving packages at this address from UPS since 2007. It was a shock to find out they listed it as "incorrect address", undeliverable. The UPS center is less than 2 miles from my house. It was listed that way because the E was missing from the street name Windfaire. UPS was certainly able to get a post card to me days after my picking the package up.... Read more

I dont usually get packages through UPS, I usually get them through USPS, DHL or FedEx. I got a "we missed you" notice, meanwhile I was home all day, the notice said that my package would be dropped at a UPS local access point. So I went to place where the driver said it was going to be, and it wasn' t there. Drivers won't deliver packages to the receiving address on manifest. Then they provide notice that packages wont be delivered and it has to be picked up at the customer service center after the center is close for the weekend. UPS delivery provides the worst service for business and personal package delivery in Bonneville County Idaho. Its the worst service ever. I recommend using Federal Express instead. Two times this company have been the courier chosen to deliver parcels. First time parcel from Italy arrived 2 weeks late - After my holiday. Despite me paying for next day delivery. This time I have waited in all day for a delivery, even received an email to say it was on time - 21.50 - The tracker says item is in Southampton from Leicester. UPS has to be the worst run company EVER! Customer service is a JOKE! It takes HOURS on the phone to get a simple problem resolved because Customer Support says it’s a Tech Support problem and Tech Support says it’s a Customer Service one, they bounce you back and forth like a ping pong ball. Everyone has seen the videos of packages being dropped at the door and someone coming along and stealing them. I am also disabled and need heavy packages... Read more

UPS is great if your delivery has no problems. But, as soon as there is a snag, good luck getting your package. My driveway is being re-done so no access to my house by UPS truck for the last week. Had an unknown delivery attempted and failed. Spent 45 min on the phone with UPS trying to figure out how to get my package. I took a laptop to the local store and gave them a printed address. The clerk sent it to the wrong house address. NOTE always recheck your shipments. I had a driver steal my package yesterday and the supervisor from the local office tell me to deal with it and call amazon to replace it. I call corporate and they explained its perfectly fine for them to steal packages because of the partnership with amazon. No solution even from corporate and the supervisors are disrespectful.
