I ordered from Amazon spent 16.24 in overnight shipping. I was home all day. I tracked the status and sure enough got a attempted delivery at 5:07. Will reschedule. I was home. I called to complain about how fast the driver drives on our cul-de-sac and whoever returned my call was the most obnoxious person I've ever talked with. Third class service. I am completely frustrated with them. Wasted 3 hours in just talking with customer care. They do not care at all about customers. Sent a package to SA, and weeks after not being delivered had to call up to hear they now need more money, and won't deliver until paid. Best of all - they wouldn't let me pay - it had to be someone in SA!!!! Took weeks and ended up costing more than the item I posted. I ordered a shirt from Vineyard Vines (which is not cheap, might I add) and UPS left the package on my porch where my dog is! They usually out it in one of the rocking chairs, but no. So my dog ripped open the package and the shirt is ruined with *** and nail marks. UPS are the ones to blame- they saw th dog and didn't seam to have a care in the world. Add comment

I bought 3 packages which was $450 from Macy's, UPS was the carrier. They delivered to a wrong apartment letter H (mine is J). I asked the neighbor, but they said they did not receive them.
