Told they would do paperwork at time of pickup. They could not and I was told they would just take my package without proper labeling. I was able to print a shipping label but I had a java script computer error in printing and was told to pay again to print another label and get a refund after delivery. Tremendous deterioration in UPS performance in the past several months. Three of the most recent four shipments delivered by UPS were not on schedule. Frequent irregularities including retroactive modification (falsification) of tracking reports. Recent residential deliveries not made until 9 P.M. my pack was picked up from warehouse on 26th August from UPS and to date 1st Sept has not been delivered. I have paid for the delivery in the hope to have a fast service. I ordered something from Canada ten days ago and normally, waiting a little extra for an out of the country package doesn't bother me in the least. However, getting out of customs wasn't the problem. So ups decided to cut their day short... THE FRIDAY BEFORE A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. So now I have to wait 4 *** extra days. They didn't tell anyone either. They just gave everyone the bird and turned around. Thanks for the inconvenience ***. And the guy on the phone was like "I'm sorry, but we can't help you" Add comment

Sent a package through ups just recently. Never had problem with then before and now they tacked on an extra 5 for fuel charge . They tried to tell me the package was 40 pounds. WHAT! I weighed the package and it was only 20 pounds. Ridiculous . Will not use ups for anything now teu are rather slow and charge too much Add comment

They apparently made one attempt to deliver a package when nobody was home to sign for it, and rather than contacting me or giving me a chance to pick it up they immediately returned to sender on the other side of the country. Paid customs fee via phone day before delivery, took day off work only to hear a vehicle driving away. Courier left without delivering package and didn't even knock or ring door bell. Wasted entire day and had to wait 4 days for next delivery due to holiday. I will never use UPS again Add comment

I had a 2 package shipment with the same tracking number on both packages sent to me. UPS delivered 1 of the packages on Thursday and listed the 2 package shipment on their tracking website as delivered, I called UPS to inform them of the mistake, they located the 2nd half of the shipment and said it would be delivered by the end of the next day(Friday).
