... again? This is the second package in as many weeks. Both orders were shipped from Kentucky. Both orders were meant to be sent to the same receiving address. I'm an understanding person, and I realize things happen. Received a notice that i missed my package, the notice said they will be back between 2-5. I left work early got home at about 1:40 and found a notice on my door they came at 12:48.... WHAT after they gave me an estimated time frame they now telling me that it doesn't matter what time is noted its a time from so have time options it should just say from 7-7... We are shipping a large freight item to a residential address. We transposed the house number. The street address, city, and state are all correct, only the house number had to be fixed. I do not have a problem with a charge when you enter an incorrect house number. However, for this shipment they are charging me $69 for this mistake. Really??? Ordered something online and was told by the company I ordered from and UPS that delivery would be on 4/11/14 by 8pm. That same night at 9pm no package. Was on the phone with customer service who couldn't find any information other than that the package was out for delivery. Really?! My wife and I were married in Dec 2013. We were receiving wedding gifts (Crate & Barrel) the following month. I dropped off my return package at a UPS drop off box about three weeks ago and turns out UPS lost it. No evidence of them picking it up. And Farfetch wont issue a refund because they think I didnt actually drop it off or something (such *** customer service ugh) .....i contacted them about a week after dropping it off because I didnt see an update on the tracking thing. usually high end online... I was expecting a very important package to be delivered on 4/9/19. This was a part for a vehicle that is not drivable. UPS tracking indicated on truck to be delivered on 9th,which was perfect. customer service sucks they dont do what they say there going to do. the ups store told me they were going to contact me to pick up my package.(the package went to the store) never got a call it sat for 10 days and got sent back i get a call from ups saying it was denied and had left the province so. i tell them thats wrong they send it back to the store..it never made it to the store it went to... I received an email confirmation from UPS My Choice that my package (computer) had been delivered to my patio on 4/8/14 at 5:06 pm. I arrived at home 8:30 pm and the package was not there.
