I have no idea how they still stay in business with the way the 'handle' things. They lie and just don't deliver unless you pester and pester and pester. Out of 10 deliveries I've had with them they managed to screw up every single one. It's like they do it on purpose, I can't comprehed how someone can be so unorganized and inadequate. I had a shipment that was supposed to get delivered on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Then it was not delivered. Then on Friday, February 5, I again waited all day and it was not delivered. Twice I have waited all friday day for UPS email notified deliveries only to have them not show up. The ups web tracking placed the highly insured package on the truck and out for delivery at 5:30 am friday morning. After waiting upstairs all day I then receive an email at 8pm stating that "they were sorry they missed us" and the package would be delivered on Monday ,three days later. It seems... Read more

Ups just deliever in a front of a diffrent door apartment so all my items got stolen ,great experience,after 3 days of reattempting to get the items with unpleasant and unproffesional stuff ... Very dissapointed if i can i 'll avoid ups for sure Add comment

Sent an email to me telling me package will be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 pm took off work at noon got home at 12:15, they tried to deliver at 12:09 will try again Monday . Package never opened, took to UPS store, wrote REFUSED RETURN to SENDER. Left package at the store. Two days later the package arrived back to my house. Now searching to return again. UPS called me in the afternoon and told me my package would be ready to pick up between 8pm to 9pm at Menlo Park Center. I got there around 8:20pm. Order something from Amazon to be delivered at my office. There is people in this building from 6am to 6pm and UPS has already a delivery windows around 10:30 every day. On 5th day of travel, a Friday, UPS failed to deliver glaucoma drops my son shipped to me from home in central NY on the previous Monday to where I am in central FL, in gel cold packs. The package was sent back because the customer on the receiving end didn't understand the intentions of the USP delivery driver and did not speak a good English.
