The WORST!!!! I've been shipping and receiving worldwide for over 30 yrs with no problems.... until now. Brokerage fees are outrageous! Can't pickup at my local store, must go to depot several hours away! Never again!!!! Add comment

I have been waiting all day for this delivery. I stayed at home by the door all day and didn't hear any knocking or ringing of the doorbell. At 5:15pm I decided to check the status and it shows that they attempted delivery at 4:17pm. It also showed a note "The driver was unable to collect funds on the first delivery attempt. Horrible my scheduled delivery date was friday november 21 , and for no reason was changed until the 24th , which is *** because ive been waiting outside for my package that never arrived. Never going to ups again. Add comment

I'm in buffalo NY and right now friday the 21st the weather has been bad here since Tuesday. I understand that weather can delay items. I tried calling today to pickup my pkg and told me I would be called within the hour. Never got a call. Delivery try 1, nobody home, left notice for me to sign. I signed and left a note saying to leave package in the hallway. Delivery try 2, same thing happens. Delivery try #3, driver ignores my note and signature again, sends package back to shipper. This delivery was time sensitive to me, so I'm screwed. Delivered at a time I cannot be home due to work. They wanted to charge me for changing an address so I could get my package or have me travel out of town to go get it after I already spent a lot with them. The people at fed ex leave their number so I can call them directly. Ups get your head out of the past century and get some technology. I hate ups. They make delivery times so people miss... On 19 Nov 14, a UPS package was delivered to my home by mistake. Despite four phone calls to UPS requesting the package be picked up and delivered to the correct address in another part of the county, 24 hours later it still remains at my door step. Shame on UPS for their indifferent customer care and shame on UPS for allowing this package to remain in an unprotected status for such a long time... Read more

The driver showed up at my door at 9:30pm we were in bed sleeping why so *** late we live in the country I did grab my gun cuz didn't know who was here lucky he didn't get shot make earlier delivers!!! Don't like getting woke up!!! Add comment

Worked for them. The company tries to shove so much volume by force through belt systems not built for amount of packages your stuff gets crushed and the company blames its employees not the system. Add comment
